Claims (20)
- 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이 구조섬유와 열가소성 바인더물질로부터 부직배트를 형성하는 단계, 배트가 형성될때 실제 섬유부분이 3차원 공간 각각에서 배트의 다른 섬유들과 불규칙하게 서로 얽혀 계합되도록 섬유를 배열하는 단계, 소정의 구조의 모양-보유하는 프로포옴으로 배트를 형성하도록 바인더 물질을 적어도 부분적으로 용융시키는 온도로 배트를 가열하면서 배트를 성형하는 단계와 섬유 사이의 간격을 채우기 위하여 수지매트릭스로 프로포옴을 주입하는 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배트가 상기 구조섬유와 열가소성 바인더섬유로 형성되며, 상기 열가소성 바인더섬유가 배트에 첨가된 상기 열가소성 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 바인더물질이 배트가 놓여진후 배트에 가해진 열가소성 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 비트를 안정화시켜 배트를 따로 떨어져 파열됨이 없이 배트를 취급하기에 충분한 보다 낮은 온도로 배트를 가열한 다음 배트가 상기 모양-보유하는 프리포옴으로 형성될때 바인더 물질을 적어도 부분적으로 용융시키기에 충분한 높은 온도로 배트를 가열시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배트를 모양-보유하는 프로포옴으로 형성하는 단계들이 배트를 실제 압축하지 않고 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 배트를 소정모양을 지니는 가스-침투성 부재(100)상에 위치시켜 프리포옴과 가스-침투성 부재를 통하여 가스를 인입하므로써 배트가 가스-침투성 부재의 윤곽선을 나타내도록 하여 배트가 모양 보유하는 프리포옴으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 배트는 프리포옴을 통하여 인입된 가스를 가열하므로써 상기 부재상에서 형성될때 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 프리포옴이 성형된 후 수지도입모울드(110)로 프리포옴은 이송되며, 프리포옴이 상기 수지주입모울드(110)에 배치되는 동안 상기 수지 매트릭스로 주입되고, 상기 수지주입모울드는 프리포옴의 섬유가 복합물에서 주로 섬유의 농도를 보증하고 소정두께로 복합물을 성형하도록 상기 수지 매트릭스에 의해 포화될때 프리포옴을 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배트를 모양-보유하는 프로포옴으로 형성하는 동안 바인더물질을 적어도 부분적으로 용융하기에 충분하게 모울드를 가열하기 위해서 배트는 윤곽모울드에 위치되며, 프리포옴이 수지매트릭스로 주입되는 수지주입 모울드(110)로 윤곽 모울드로부터 프리포옴이 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 프리포옴의 섬유가 수지매트릭스에 의해 포화될때 수지주입 모울드(110)가 프리포옴을 압축하여 복합물내 구조섬유의 농도를 증가시키고 소정두께로 복합물을 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 윤곽모울드(98)가 배트를 실제 압축하지 않고 상기 프리포옴을 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 섬유강화 복합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배트는 공기식으로 상기 섬유를 콘덴서(78)로 기류에 의해 전달시켜 콘덴서(78)상에 섬유들을 불규칙하게 배치시키는 기류로 배트를 형성하는 섬유들을 혼합하므로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 콘덴서(78)로부터 떨어져 연장하는 콘덴서(78)상에 배치된 섬유백분율을 조절하기 위하여 콘덴서(78)에 관하여 기류의 방향을 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물의 제조방법.
- 부직구조섬유의 배트로 이루어지며, 상기 섬유가 불규칙하게 배열되어 3차원 공간 각각에 서로 얽혀 계합되는 상기 특허청구범위 제1항에서와 같은 방법에 의해 제조된 섬유강화 복합물에 있어서, 상기 배트가 열가소성 물질을 적어도 부분적으로 용융하여 스테이플 구조섬유를 서로 적어도 부분적으로 융합하기에 충분한 온도로 가열되는 열가소성 물질과 섬유사이의 간격을 채우는 경화수지 매트릭스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 배트가 비교적 비탄성적이며 꽤 낮은 충격강도를 지니는 제1섬유와 높은 충격강도를 지니는 제2섬유의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제1섬유가 유리섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 배트가 비교적 비탄성이며 꽤 낮은 강도를 지니는 제1섬유, 높은 충격강도를 지니는 제2섬유와 제1및 제2섬유의 융점보다 대략 더 낮은 융점을 지니는 제3바인더 섬유의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 배트가 다른 탄성과 충격강도를 지니는 적어도 두가지 다른 종류의 섬유와의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물품,
- 제14항에 있어서, 배트로부터 제조되는 복합물품이 배트보다 더 큰 섬유농도를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유강화 복합물품,
