Claims (12)
- a) 폴리프로필렌을 사출하고;b) 비결정성 준결정 폴리프로필렌을 제공하기 위해 사출직후 상기 사출된 폴리프로필렌을 담그고;c) 결정성 폴리프로필렌을 분해할 수 있는 이온 방사량으로 상기 비결정성 준결정 폴리프로필렌을 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하여 방사된 폴리프로필렌 제품울 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사출된 폴리프로필렌은 블로운 마이크로 화이버 웨브의 형태이며 담금은 액체 냉각 스프레이를 상기 사출된 폴리프로필렌에 적용함으로서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이는 사출지점에서 약 2.5cm이하 떨어진 곳에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이는 약 100℃ 이하 의 온도에서 행 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사출된 폴리프로필렌은 블로운 마이크로 화이버 웨브의 형태이며 담금은 냉각 수집 드럼상에서 웨브를 수집함으로서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 드럼은 다이로부터 약 5-10cm 떨어진 곳에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사출된 폴리프로필렌은 필림이며 담금은 냉각된 캐스팅 롤상에 사출된 폴리프로필렌을 캐스팅함으로서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 캐스팅롤은 사출지점에서 약 0.25-5cm 떨어진 곳에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,약 2.5-4.0Mrad 사이의 이온방사 멸균용량이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 적어도 6개월간의 보관후 실질적으로 분해되지 않은 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 비결정성 준결정 폴리프로필렌으로부터 형성된 폴리프로필렌 제품.
- 제품은 밀폐된 콘테이너내에 포함된 비결정성 준결정 폴리프로필렌 제품이며, 이것은 밀폐된 콘테이너에 있을때 멸균되며 6개월간의 보관후 실질적으로 분해되지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 감마방사멸균 프로필렌 제품을 함유하는 멸균 팩.
- 적어도 6개월간의 보관후 실질적으로 분해된 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 방사 폴리프로필렌블로운 마이크로 화이버 웨브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
