제2도는 반사경 조절 마이크로미터를 보여주는 제1도의 접촉바 설치대들 중 하나의 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 반사경,
    하우징,
    제1단부 및 제2단부를 지니는 세개의 독립된 접촉바,
    상기 반사경의 평면에 수직인 축을 지니는 제1의 구형 베어링,
    상기 제1의 구형 베어링의 축과 상기 반사경의 외측 둘레상의 상기 접촉바의 집점에서의 접선 모두에 수직인 축을 지니는 제2의 구형 베어링으로 구성되며,
    상기 독립적인 접촉 바들 각각은 제1의 구형 베어링을 통해서 상기 하우징에 회전가능하게 설치되는 제1단부와 제2의 구형 베어링을 통해서 상기 반사경에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 반사경 설치장치.
  2. 제1항에 따른 반사경 설치 장치에 있어서, 상기 제2의 구형 베어링은 낮은 팽창 계수를 지니는 재료인 버튼을 통해서 상기 반사경의 회전 가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사경 설치장치.
  3. 제1항에 따른 반사경 설치 장치에 있어서, 상기 반사경을 그 광학 축을 따라서 이동시키고 상기 반사경을 그 광학축에 관해 회전시키는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사경 설치장치.
  4. 제3항에 따른 반사경 설치장치에 있어서, 상기 반사경을 그 평면으로부터 이동시키기 위하여 상기 접촉바의 제2단부와 연합하여 작동가능하게 상기 하우징에 고정된 마이크로미터 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사경 설치장치.
  5. 제1항에 따른 반사경 설치장치에 있어서, 상기 반사경의 자중을 경감시키기 위하여 현가장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사경 설치장치.
  6. 제5항에 따른 반사경 설치장치에 있어서,
    상기 현가장치가 상기 반사경의 둘레에 관해 등거리에 위치되고 제1단부 및 제2단부를 지니는 다수의 스프링을 포함하며,
    상기 다수의 스프링의 제1단부는 장력 조절장치를 통해서 상기 하우징에 장착되고,
    세개 이상의 상기 스프링의 제2단부가 상기 반사경에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사경 설치장치.
