제1도는 본 발명을 이용하여 형성할 수 있는 유형의 자동차 측부 프레임 구조물을 부분적으로 절단한 측면도이다.
제2도는 제1도의 선 2-2를 따라 취한, 자동차 구조물의 두 측부프레임 사이에 연결된 루프비임 구조물을 일반적으로 예시하는 도면이다.
제3도는 제1도의 선 3-3을 따라 취한 횡단면도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. (a) 보강재료를 갖는 외부주형을 제공하고, 2개의 주형단편(이들 단편들중의 하나는 상이한 평면으로 연장되는 부분을 갖는다)을 포함시키고;
    (b) 제1의 부분에 보강재료와 접촉하도록 팽창성 부재를 배치시키고;
    (c) 팽창된 부재를 제1의 팽창성 부재내에서 보강재료와 접촉하는 제1의 부분으로부터 연장되는 제2의 부분에 배치시키고;
    (d) 팽창된 부제에 대해 팽창성 부재를 팽창시켜 팽창된 부재가 제2의 부분으로 들어가게 하고;
    (e) 제1 및 제2부분에 있는 보강재내로 수지를 주입시키고;
    (f) 보강재료를 경화시켜 단단한 보강구조물을 형성시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여 다른 방향으로 연장되는 제1 및 제2부분이 있는 일체형 보강구조물을 형성시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 주형단편(이들 단편중의 하나는 다른 단편과는 상이한 방향으로 연장되는 부분을 포함한다)을 포함하는 주형을 제공하는 추가의 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 보강재료를 주형단편의 내부벽을 따라 배치시키는 추가의 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 팽창성 부재가 공기를 빼낸 상태일 때 제1부분에 팽창성 부재를 배치시키는 추가의 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 주형단편중의 하나에 수지를 수용하는 통로를 제공하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 주형단편중의 하나에 제2의 통로를 제공하여 수지가 보강재료에 주입될 때 공기를 배기시키는 방법.
