제1도는 본발명에 따른 알루미늄부재 결합방법의 순서도.
제2도는 알루미늄부재 결합방법에 제공된 열교환기의 부분단면을 도시한 부분사시도.

Claims (6)

  1. 알루미늄부재 접합방법에 있어서, 상기 부재중 적어도 하나는 응고된 땜납으로 구성된 확산접합된 피복물을 구비하고 있으며, 원래의 위치에서 피복된 부재의 표면에 용융 땜납푸울(pool)을 형성하기 위해 땜납의 융점보다 높은 온도로 상기 부재중 적어도 하나를 예멸하는 단계와,
    땜납융점이상의 온도로 일정기간 동안 상기 부재를 접촉시키는 단계와, 상기 부재중 적어도 하나에 직접 기계적 교반을 하는 단계 및 땜납을 응고시키기 위해 상기 부재를 냉각시키기 전에 융점이상의 온도로 일정기간동안 접합된 부재를 유지시키는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄부재접합방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 응고된 땜납은 아연 또는 아연합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄부재접합 방법.
  3. 유체탱크로부터 연장하는 상호연결된 핀과 중공형튜브로 구성된 코어를 구비하는 열교환기 제작하는 방법에 있어서,
    상기 방법은 유체가 순환할 수 있도록 분리된 챔버를 갖고 있는 압출된 알루미늄탱크와 응고된 땜납으로 구성된 확산접합된 피복물을 제공하는 단계와,
    땜납으로 피복된 챔버벽에서 집합함몰부처럼 플랜지형 구멍을 형성하는 단계와,
    원래 위치에서 용융된 땜납푸울을 형성하기 위해 땜납의 융점보다 높은 온도로 탱크부재를 예열하는 단계와,
    핀에 부착되어 있는 중공튜브의 개방단부를 탱크의 플랜지형 구멍으로 삽입하는 단계와,
    상기 튜브를 상기 구멍으로 집어넣기 위해 튜브에 축방향으로 가압하는 단계와,
    접합된 부재와 탱크를 일정기간동안 땜납 융점보다 높은 온도와 일정압력하에 있도록 유지하는 단계 및 땜납을 응고시키기 위해 접합된 부재를 냉각시키는 최종단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 제작방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 중공튜브는 땜납으로 피복된 헤어핀튜브이며, 상기 상호연결핀은 상기 조립과정중 유지단계에서 납땜에 의해 상기 튜브와 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기 제작방법.
  5. 중공튜브의 코어와 유체탱크로부터 연장하는 상호연결핀을 갖고 있는 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 탱크는 땜납으로 피복된 챔버벽에 집합함몰부처럼 형성된 다수의 플랜지형구멍을 구비한 적어도 2개의 분리된 챔버를 갖고 있는 알루미늄압출형상을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 챔버는 열교환유체의 순환을 위해 연속적인 통로를 구비하는 다수의 중공헤어핀 튜브에 의해 연결되어 있으며, 상기 헤어핀튜브는 헤어핀 몸체부분과 집합형성된 U자형 만곡부에 의해 연결된 제1단부와 플랜지형구멍에 삽입되어 있고 탱크에 납땜되어 있는 개방된 제2단부를 지닌 2개의 평행하며, 직선인 몸체부분으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 몸체부분은 전 길이를 통해 타원형 단면을 갖고 있으며, 원형단면을 가진 U자형만곡부는 몸체부분의 내부통로 면적보다 적지 않은 내부통로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 헤어핀은 인접한 헤어핀튜브 사이에 묻혀있는 아연피복되었고, 납땜돼 있는 핀이며, 상기 튜브몸체부분의 개방단부는 탱크의 플랜지형구멍의 원형단면과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환기.
