Claims (14)
- 산소탐침을 사용하여 측정된 욕내의 산소활성을 이용하여 용융 금속 욕중의 탈산제 농도를 측정하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 용해된 산소 및 금속산화물(들)을 함휴하는 용융 금속 욕에 탈산제를 가하고:(b) 최소한 약간의 탈산제를 욕내의 용해된 산소와 반응시켜 탈산제 산화물(들)을 형성시킨 다음, 상기 금속산화물(들)과 용액을 형성시키고:(c) 산소탐침을 사용하기 전, 일정시간동안, 최소한 9t [여기에서, t=800E-0.4이고 E=[226+307ln(1+0.206h)]V/W (여기서, t는 초이고, h는 피트(feet)로 나타낸 교반용 기체주입점 상부의 욕표면의 높이이며, V는 분당 입방피트로 나타낸 교반용 기체유속이고, W는 톤(ton)으로 나타낸욕의 중량이다)이다]동안 욕의 하부면에 기체를 주입함으로써 용융금속욕을 교반시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
