Claims (13)
- 쌀에 함유되는 소정의 성분의 함유율을 측정하고, 그 측정치에 의거하여 시료미의 품질평가를 행하는 쌀의 품질 평가장치로서 그 장치는 광원(31)과 그 광원이 발하는 빛중 상기 시료미의 피측정성분의 함유율측정에 적합한 특정파장만을 통과시켜 측정부(37)에 조사되는 근적의 단색광을 만드는 협대역 통과필터(33)와 상기 측정부에 배치되는 시료미(55)로부터의 반사광을 검축하여 검축신호를 발하는 검출기(35a),(35b)를 갖는 근적의 분광분석장치(3)와 상기 피측정성분에 대응하는 설정된 상기 시료미의 피측 성분의 함유율 계산을 위한 성분 환산계수치와 상기 기측정성분에 대응하여 설정된 품질 평가치계산을 위한 특정계수를 기억하는 기억장치(4b)와 그 기억장치에 기억된 상기 성분 환산계수치 및 상기 특정계수와 상기 검출기(35a),(35b)로부터의 검출신호에 의거하여 시료미의 피측정 성분의 함유율과 품질 평가치를 연산하는 연산장치(4c)를 갖는 제어장치(4), 상기 제어장치(4)에 접속되며, 상기 연산장치(4c)가 연산한 시료미의 피측정성분의 함유율과 품질 평가치를 가시표시 또는 인자표시하는 표시장치(6),(8)와 그리고, 상기 시료미가 충전되어 상기 근적의 분광분석장치(3)의 상기 측정부(37)에 배치되는 시료용기(52)와 로서 이루어진 쌀의 품질평가장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 근적의 분광분석장치가 갖는 협대역 통과필터(33)는 시료미를 구성하는 성분중 적어도 단백질의 경유율, 아밀로오스 또는 아밀펙틴의 어느것인가 한쪽의 함유율 및 수분의 함유율의 측정에 적합한 특정파장 통과특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 쌀의 품질평가장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 근적의 분광분석장치(3)의 광원(31)과 측정부(37)과의 사이에 배설되는 상기 협대역 통과필터(33)는 그 필터의 면에 대한 입사광축의 입사각도를 바꿀수 있도록 그 경사각도가 가변으로 되어 있는 쌀의 품질평가장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 근적의 분광분석장치(3)가 갖는 협대역 통과필터(33)는 파장영역 1900nm∼2500nm 중 임의 복수파장을 제각기가 특정파장 통과특성으로서 갖는 복수개의 필터(33a)∼(33f)로서 되며 그 필터(33a)∼(33f)가 회전가능한 원반상으로 구성되어 있는 쌀을 품질평가장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 장치는 다시금 상기 제어장치(4)의 기억장치(4c)에 기억되는 정보를 입력하기 위한 입력장치(9)를 갖는 쌀의 품질평가장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 입력장치(9)로부터 입력되는 정보가 복수의 시료미의 각 쌀가격과 혼합을 위한 조건이며 상기 연산장치(4c)는 상기 입력정보에 의거하여 제일 적합한 혼합비를 연산하는 쌀의 품질평가장치.
- 쌀에 함유되는 소정의 성분의 함유율을 측정하고, 그 측정치에 의거하여 시료미의 품질평가를 행하는 쌀의 품질평가장치로서 그 장치는 광원(31)과 그 광원이 발하는 빛중 상기 시료미의 피측정성분의 함유율 측정에 적합한 특정파장만을 통과시켜 측정부(37)에 조사되는 근적의 단색광을 만드는 협대역 통과필터(33)와 상기 측정부(37)에 배치되는 시료미(55)로부터의 반사광을 검축하여 검축신호를 발하는 검출기(35a),(35b)를 갖는 근적의 분광분석장치(3)와 상기 피측정성분에 대응하는 설정된 상기 시료미의 피측성분의 함유율 계산을 위한 성분환산계수치와 상기 피측정성분에 대응하여 설정된 품질평가치 계산을 위한 특정계수를 기억하는 기억장치(4b)와 그 기억장치에 기억된 상기 성분환산계수 및 상기 특정계수와 상기 검출기(35a),(35b)로 부터의 검출신호에 의거하여 시료미의 피측정성분이 함유율과 품질평가치를 연산하는 연산장치(4c)를 갖는 제어장치(4)와 상기 제어장치(4)에 접속되며, 상기 연산장치(4c)가 연산한 시료미의 피측정성분의 함유율과 품질평가치를 가시표시 또는 인자표시하는 표기장치(6),(8)와 상기 시료미가 충전되어 상기 근적의 분광분석장치(3)의 상기 측정부(37)에 배치되는 시료용기(52)와 그리고 상기 시료미를 미세한 알맹이로 분쇄하여 상기 시료용기(52)에 충전하는 시료미 분쇄장치(20)와 상기 시료용기(52)를 상기 근적의 분광분석장치(3)의 측정부(37)로 이동배치시키기 위한 시료미 반송장치(40)를 갖는 시료공급장치와 로서 이루어진 쌀의 품질평가장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 시료미 분쇄장치(20)는 상부에 시료미 투입을 위한 공급호퍼(202)를 가짐과 함께 그 공급호퍼 하방에는 한쌍의 분쇄용 로울러(210a),(210b)와 다시금 그 하방에 한쌀의 세분용 로울러(212a),(212b)를 대향상태로 장비하여 된 쌀의 품질평가장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 근적의 분광분석장치(3)가 갖는 협대역 통과필터(33)는 시료미를 구성하는 성분중 적어도 단백질의 함유율, 아밀로오스 또는 아밀로팩틴의 어느 것인가 한쪽의 함유율 및 수분의 함유율의 측정에 적합한 특정파장 통과특성을 갖는 것인 쌀의 품질평가장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 근적의 분광분석장치(3)의 광원(31)과 측정부(37)과의 사이에 배설되는 상기협대역 통과필터(33)는 그 필터의 면에 대한 입사광측의 입사각도를 바꿀수 있겠금 그 경사각도가 가변으로 되어있는 쌀의 품질평가장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 근적의 분광분석장치(3)가 갖는 협대역 통과필터(33)는 파장영역 1900nm∼2500nm 중 임의 복수 파장을 각각 특정파장 통과특성으로서 갖는 복수개의 필터(33a)∼(33f)로서 되며 그 필터(33a)∼(33f)가 회전가능한 각주 체상으로 구성되어 있는 쌀의 품질평가장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 그 장치는 다시금 상기 제어장치(4)의 기억장치(4c)에 기억되는 정보를 입력하기 위한 입력장치(9)를 갖는 쌀의 품질평가장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 입력장치(9)로부터 입력되는 정보가 복수의 시료미의 각 쌀가격과 혼합하기 위한 조건이며, 상기 연산장치(4c)는 상기 입력정보에 의거하여 제일 적합한 혼합비를 연산하는 쌀의 품질평가장치※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
