Claims (9)

  1. 액체급냉 Fe-B-R(단, R은 Nd 또는/및 Pr)의 자석소재와 결합제로 이루어지고, 결합제는 적어도 분자내에 알코올성 수산기를 가진 올리고머와 이소시아나로 재생체를 결합제 성분으로한 수지자석.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 액체급냉 Fe-B-R의 자석소재가, 카아본작용실란처리된 수지자석.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 올리고머가 분자량 900 이상의 올리고에테르인 수지자석.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 이소시아나토재생체가 방향족 이소시아나토화합물과 활성수소로 이루어지는 수지자석,
  5. 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 이소시아나토재생체가, 방향족 이미드잔기를 가진 수지자석.
  6. 제1,3,4항에 있어서, 올리고머의 알코올성 수산기와 이소시아나토재생체의 이소시아나토기가 당량비인 수지자석.
  7. 액체급냉 Fe-B-R (R은 Nd 또는/및 Pr)의 자석소재와 결합제로 이루어지고, 외경 25mm이하, 밀도 5.0g/cm3이상의 통형상으로 구성하여 이루어진 수지자석.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 결합제가 6중량% 이하인 수지자석.
  9. 적어도 영구자석의 자극부를 구성하는 액체급냉 Fe-B-R (R은 Nd 또는/및 Pr)의 자석소재가 자기적수단에 의해서 정렬한채로 결합제로 고정된 수지자석.
