제 1 도는 하중이 걸리지 않은 상태에서 본 발명에 의한 복수띠 에너지 흡수 인장 하중 지지부재의 정면도. 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 좌측에서 본 일부절개된 제 1 도의 지지부재의 정면도. 제 8 도는 원자로 증기공급 시스템에 본 발명의 적용을 나타내는 개략도. 제 9 도는 본 발명이 적용되는 방식을 나타내는 제 8 도의 원자로 증기공급 시스템의 파이프들중 하나의 횡단면도.
Claims (7)
- 인장하중을 걸어주는 한쌍의 격리된 단부부재들(13)을 포함하되, 상기 단부부재들(13) 사이에는 상기 걸린 인장하중의 에너지를 소진시키도록 탄력적 가소적으로 변형될 수 있는 띠들(3, 5, 7)의 배열을 연결해 주며, 상기 배열은 적어도 하나의 중심띠(3)와 상기 적어도 하나의 중심띠(3) 주위에 대칭으로 배열되는 적어도 두 쌍의 순차적으로 길이가 긴 띠들(5, 7)을 갖고 있으며, 상기 각 쌍의 순차적으로 길이가 더 긴 띠들(5, 7)은 하중을 받지 않을때 늘어져 있고 또한 상기 단부부재들(B) 상에 상기 인장하중이 증가될 때 에너지를 흡수하도록 띠들(3, 5, 7)은 제각기 순차적으로 항복점에 도달하고 또한 순차적 가소적으로 변형되는 것이 특징인 다수띠 충격 흡수기.
- 제 1 항에서, 상기 적어도 하나의 중심띠(3)는 단부부재들(B)에 하중이 걸리지 않을때 늘어져 있는 것이 특징인 다수띠 충격 흡수기.
- 제 1 항에서, 상기 배열내의 상기 좀 더 긴 띠들(5, 7)의 상기 쌍들은 순차적으로 더 긴 띠들을 가소적으로 변형시키는데 순차적으로 더 큰 하중을 필요로 하는 식으로 선택되는 것이 특징인 다수띠 충격 흡수기.
- 제 1 항에서, 상기 적어도 하나의 중심띠(3)는 기대된 인장하중을 받는 파열지점에서 항복하는 것이 특징인 다수띠 충격 흡수기.
- 제 4 항에서, 상기 충격 흡수기 배열내에서 최장띠(7)는 기대된 인장하중에서도 여전히 탄력을 유지하는 것이 특징인 다수띠 충격 흡수기.
- 제 3 항에서, 상기 모든 띠들(3, 5, 7)은 순서적으로 더 큰 횡단면을 갖는 순서적으로 더 큰 길이의 띠들로서, 동일한 재료로 제조되는 것이 특징인 다수띠 충격 흡수기.
