Claims (6)
- 투명한 받침유리의 적어도 일면 위에는 백금, 이리듐 또는 선택적인 로듐, 이들 금속의 합금으로 된, 또는 주성분으로서 적어도 이들 금속중의 하나를 가진 금속합금으로 된 금속층이, 받침유리 및 금속층으로 구성되는 합성재의 투광성이 받침유리만의 투광성의 10 내지 90% 특히 30 내지 90%가 되게하는 그런 두께로 피복되고, 580℃ 내지 680℃의 온도, 바람직하기는 600℃ 내지 650℃의 온도에서 공기중에서 열적 프레스트레스 공정 및/또는 만곡공정이 행해지는, 일광 투과성이 낮은 나트륨-칼륨-실리케이트 유리로 되어 있는 프레스트레스 된 및/또는 만곡된 유리판의 제조방법에 있어서, 사실상 편평한 받침유리 위에 열적 프레스트레스 공정 및/또는 만곡 공정전에 금속층이 피복되는 것, 및 금속층의 받침유리쪽 반대쪽 면위에 열적 프레스트레스 공정 및/또는 만곡공정전에 2 내지 20nm의 두께로 Bi, In, Ni, Sb, Sn, Ta, Ti 및 Zn군으로부터의 한 금속산화물 또는 금속혼합물산화물이 주성분이 되어 있는 산화물 안정화층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스트레스된 및/또는 만곡된 유리판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안정화층은 최고 15nm의 두께로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 안정화층은 최고 12nm의 두께로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 안정화층을 위해서는 In2O3, 금속 이리듐 및 주석의 혼합산화물, Sb2O3또는 Bi2O3가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 투명한 받침유리의 피복은 진공피복에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 안정화층은 반응성 음극스퍼터링, 특히 반응성 마그네톤-음극스퍼터링에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
