Claims (10)

  1. 연속성인 세라믹의 첫번째상과 내재된 불연속성의 금속 또는 세라믹의 두번째 상으로 구성된 파이버.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 연속성 세라믹상이 티타니아, 알루미나-크로미아-금속(Ⅳ)산화물, 알루미나-실리카, 토리아-실리카-금속(Ⅲ)산화물, 알루미나-보리아, 알루미나-보리아-실리카, 질코니아-실리카 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 파이버.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 파이버가 최소한 하나의 금속과 최소한 하나의 세라믹상으로 구성되었으며 세라믹상은 하나의 환원성 금속 화합물도 함유하는 파이버.
  4. 제1내지 제3항의 어느 한항에 있어서 a) 비소결된 또는 b) 소결된 파이버.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 두번째상이 0.05내지 10중량%의 양으로 존재하는 파이버.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한항에 있어서, a) 꺽쇠모양의 파이버 또는 b) 얀, 직조섬유 또는 비직조웨브로 직조된 파이버.
  7. a) 비혼합성 전구체인세라믹용액 또는 세라믹/금속 전구체용액의 유탁된 점성농축물을 제조하고,
    b) 점성농축물을 연신 또는 방적에 의하여 파이버형으로 성형하고,
    c) 생성된 성형파이버를 증발겔화 또는 가수분해하여 비균질조성물의 비-내화성 파이버를 산출하고,
    d) 형성된 비-내화성 파이버를 소결시켜 비균질 조성물의 내화성 파이버를 형성하거나,
    e) 비-내화성 또는 내화성 파이버를 환원대기하에서 소결하여서 미트파이버를 제조하는 것으로 구성된, 연속성의 세라믹 첫번째상과 최소한 하나의 내재된 비연속성금속 또는 세라믹 두번째 상으로 구성된 파이버의 제조방법.
  8. 연속성 세라믹 첫번째상과 최소한 하나의 내재된 비연속성 금속 또는 세라믹의 두번째 상으로 구성된 내화성 성형품.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 입자가 단편, 과립 또는 미소구에서 선택되는 성형품.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 두번째상이 0.05내지 50중량%의 양으로 존재하는 성형품.
