제1도는 본 발명에 관계되는 반송 로울러를 사용한 종래의 판유리 가공 시스템의 부분 사시도.

제3도는 금형하부의 상승위치를 도시한 제2도와 같은 도면.
제4도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 반송 로울러의 부분 확대 사시도.
제5도는 펠트재의 제조 공정도.
제6도는 본 발명의 별도 실시예에 따라 제조된 반송 로울러의 부분 확대 사시도.

Claims (9)
- 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어 장치에 사용되어 가열된 판유리를 반송하는 통상의 반송 로울러에 있어서, 소요의 길이를 가지며, 적합한 구동 수단으로 회전구동되는 심재와 기계적 강도 및/또는 내열성에 뛰어난 한가지 이상에 섬유로서 되어 있는 펠트재로 구성되어, 그 심재의 외주면에 장착되어 전기 판유리를 지지하는 지지체로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송 로울러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펠트재는 유리섬유로 직성된 기포에 10-50wt%의 아라미드 섬유와, 50-80wt%의 카아본 섬유를 니이들림에 의해 락설한 것을 특징으로 하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송 로울러.
- 제2항에 있어서, 아라미드 섬유와 카아본 섬유의 지름은, 다 같이 2-18μ의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송 로울러.
- 제2항에 있어서, 펠트재의 두께는 3-10mm의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송 로울러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펠트재는 유리섬유로 직성된 기포의 양면에 50wt%의 아라미드 섬유와, 30wt%의 카아본 섬유, 그리고 20wt%의 시테인리스 섬유를 니이들링에 의해 락설한 것을 특징으로 하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송로울러.
- 제5항에 있어서, 아라미드 섬유, 카아본 섬유, 스테인리스 섬유의 지름은 다 같이 2-18μ의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송 로울러.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 펠트재의 두께는 3-10mm의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송 로울러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펠트재는 슬리이브 형성됨과 동시에 상기 심재에 접착제로 첨착되어 짐을 특징으로 하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어 장치의 반송 로울러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펠트재는 가늘고 긴 테이프 형상으로 형성되어 짐과 동시에 상기 심재에 나선 형상으로 감겨지고 또한 첩착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송 로울러.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
