Claims (21)

  1. 제1표면과 제2표면을 갖는 발포성열가소성 수지재료층의 양표면중 적어도 어느 일 표면에 화이버글라스의 층을 접착하여서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내습성, 성형성 및 열성형성을 갖는 라미네이트 구조체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 발포성 열가소성 수지재료의 층은 발포성 폴리스티텐, 발포성 스티렌 말레인 무수물 중합체, 발포성 폴리 에틸렌, 발포성 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴과 스티렌의 여러 발포성 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 발포성 열가소성 수지재료의 층은 발포성 폴리스티렌임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 발포성 열가소성 수지재료의 층은 발포성 스티렌-말레인 무수물 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 화이버글라스의 층을 발포성 열가소성 수지재료 층의 양표면에 접착시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 화이버글라스의 층은 수지를 침투시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 화이버글라스의 층은 아크릴수지를 침투시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 화이버글라스의 층은 폴리우레탄수지를 침투시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  9. 제1표면과 제2표면을 갖는 발포성 열가소성 수지재료의 제1표면에는 화이버글라스의 층을 접착시키고, 발포성 열가소성수지 재료층의 제2표면에는 제2의 화이버글라스의 층을 접착시키되, 여기에 부직포로된 층을 접착시킨 다음, 상기 부직포층에 제2의 발포성 열가소성 수지재료의 층을 접착시키고 여기에 제2의 부직포층을 접착하여서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내습성, 성형성 및 열성형성을 갖는 라미네이트 구조체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 발포성 열가소성 수지재료의 층은 발포성 폴리에틸렌, 발포성스티렌 말레인 무수물 중합체, 발포성 폴리에틸렌, 발소성 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴과 스티렌의 여러 발포성 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 발포성 열가소성 수지재료의 층은 발포성 스티렌 말레인 무수물 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 발포성 열가소성 수지재료의 층은 발포성 폴리스티렌임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 화이버글라스의 제1층과 제2층은 수지를 사용하여 발포성 열가소성 수지재료층의 제1표면과 제2표면에 접착된 것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 수지는 아크릴 수지임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 수지는 폴리우레탄 수지임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  16. 제9항에 있어서, 화이버글라스의 제1층과 제2층은 수지를 침투시킨것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 화이버글라스의 제1층과 제2층은 아크릴 수지를 침투시킨것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 화이버글라스의 제1층과 제2층은 폴리우레탄수지를 침투시킨것임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 구조체.
  19. 제1표면과 제2표면을 갖는 발포성 열가소성 수지재료의 층을 제조하고, 양표면중 적어도 어느 일표면에 접착제를 피복한 다음, 발포성 열가소성 수지재료의 층의 접착제가 피복된 표면에 화이버글라스의 층을 접착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성 및 열성형성을 갖는 라미네이트 구조체의 제조방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 화이버글라스의 층에 열가소성 중합체 필름을 추가로 접착시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  21. 제1표면과 제2표면을 갖는 발포성 열가소성 수지재료의 층을 제조하고, 용매에 분산시킨 수지를 화이버글라스의 층에 침투시킨 다음, 수지가 침투된 화이버글라스의 층을 건조하고 건조된 화이버글라스의 층을 발포성 열가소성 수지재료층의 적어도 어느 일표면에 접착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형성 및 열성형성을 갖는 라미네이트 구조체의 제조방법.
