Claims (1)

  1. IC내부의 발진 트랜지스터의 2개의 전극간에 접지전위를 거치지 않고 외부에 부착한 공진회로를 접속함과 함께, 상기 공진회로의 공진주파수를 전압 가변 용량 소자에 의해 변경하여, 이 전압 가변 용량 소자와 접지간에 제어 전압 공급을 위한 고임피던스 소자를 접속하여 구성되는 IC화 고주파 가변주파수 발진회로.
