Claims (18)

  1. 내화성을 제공하는 내부에 분산되는 호환성 첨가제 혼합물로서, (a) 탄형성 성분과 산소차단제의 가소제 혼합물(여기서, 탄형성 성분이 주성분임)과, (b) 내층의 화재분해 생성물을 분산하기 위한 핵제와, (c) 내열 접착 수지와, 로 구성되는 혼합물을 함유하는 폴리비닐 부티랄 수지의 내화성 내층.
  2. 제1항에서, 탄형성제는 유기아인산 화합물인 내화성 내층.
  3. 제1항에서, 산소차단제가 유기아인산 화합물인 내화성 내층.
  4. 제1항에서, 핵제는 발연시킨 실리카인 내화성 내층.
  5. 제1항에서, 접착수지는 실리콘 수지인 내화성 내층.
  6. 제1항에서, 혼합물내의 탄형성 성분대 차단제의 비율이 7:1과 13:1사이인 내화성 내층.
  7. 제1,2,3,4,5 또는 6항에서, 상기 혼합물의 양은 수지 100부당 약 38 내지 46중량부 사이인 내화성 내층.
  8. 제7항에서, 상기 혼합물은: (i) 80 내지 90중량%의 가소제 혼합물과,
    (ii) 2 내지 8중량%의 핵제와, (iii)2 내지 2.6중량%의 열반응성 접착 수지를 포함하는 내화성 내층.
  9. 제1,2,3,4,5,6 또는 7항의 내층은 상기 내층의 양측에 적층되는 두장의 유리를 포함하는 내화성 내층.
  10. 제9항의 구성은 제9항의 내층과 접촉하지 않는 상기 여러장의 유리중 한쪽에 적층되는 제2내층을 포함하며, 또한 상기 제2내층의 다른 쪽에 적층되는 세번째장의 유리를 더 포함하는 내화성 내층.
  11. 내화성을 제공하는 내부에 분산되는 호환성 첨가제 혼합물로서,
    (a) 유기인산과 유기아인산 성분들의 가소성 혼합물(여기서 유기인산이 주성분임)과,
    (b) 발연시킨 실리카와, 그리고
    (c) 열반응성 접착수지와, 로 구성되는 상기 혼합물을 함유하는 폴리비닐 부티랄 수지의 내화성 내층.
  12. 제11항에서, 유기인산은 트리부톡시에틸포스페이트, 이소데실디페닐포스페이트 그리고 그의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 내화성 내층.
  13. 제11항에서, 접착수지는 실리콘 수지인 내화성 내층.
  14. 제11항에서, 유기아인산은 트리 이소프로필 포스파이트, 트리데실포스파이트, 다이데실(아릴)포스파이트 및 그의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 내화성 내층.
  15. 제10,11,12,13 또는 14항중 하나에서, 상기 혼합물은: (i) 80 내지 90중량%의 가소제 혼합물과, (ii) 2 내지 8중량%의 발연시킨 실리카와, 그리고 (iii) 2 내지 2.6중량%의 열반응성 접착수지를 포함하는 내황성 내층.
  16. 제15항에서, 유기인산 대 유기아인산의 비는 7:1와 13:1사이에 있는 내화성 내층.
  17. 제15항의 내층은 내층의 양측에 적층되는 두 장의 유리를 포함하는 내화성 내층.
  18. 제17항의 구성은 제16항의 내층과 접촉되지 않는 상기 여러장의 유리들중 하나의 측면에 적층되는 제2내층을 포함하며, 또한 상기 제2내층의 다른 측면에 적층되는 3번째장의 유리를 더 포함하는 내화성 내층.
