Claims (21)

  1. 분산제외에 전해질-민감성 증점제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 수-불용성 또는 수-난용성 고형물의 저장-안정성 수성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고형물의 입자크기가 50㎛ 미만인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고형물이 순수하거나 희석 형태의 염료, UV 흡수제, 섬유 또는 종이보조제, 농약, 광화학약품, 피혁용 화학약품, 플라스틱 물질 또는 첨가제인 조성물.
  4. 비이온성 분산제외에 전해질-민감성 합성 증점제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 입자크기가 10㎛ 미만인 수-불용성 또는 수-난용성 염료의 저장안정성 수성 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 점도가 200 내지 1×106mpa.s 바람직하게는 500 내지 1×104mpa.s인 조성물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 점도가 1×103내지 1×106mpa.s, 바람직하게는 1×103내지 1×104mpa.s인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 증점제가 분자량이 1×105내지 1×107인 폴리아크릴산, 분자량이 1×105내지 1×107인 아크릴아마이드 및 메타크릴아마이드 또는 아크릴산의 단일중합체 또는 공중합체, 또는 폴리아크릴아마이드 또는 폴리메타크릴아마이드 또는 분자량이 1×103내지 1×107인 말레산 무수물과 에틸렌과의 공중합체 또는 이러한 증점제의 혼합물인 조성물.
  8. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 증점제가 분자량이 5×105내지 6×106인 폴리아크릴산, 분자량이 1×106내지 4×106인 아크릴아마이드 및 메타크릴아마이드 또는 아크릴산의 단일중합체 또는 공중합체, 또는 폴리아크릴아마이드 또는 폴리메타크릴아마이드 분자량이 8×103내지 1×106인 말레산 무수물과 에틸렌과의 공중합체, 또는 이러한 증점제의 혼합물인 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 또는 제8항에 있어서, 증점제가 분자량이 8×105내지 1×106의 폴리아크릴산의 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 조성물을 기준하여 0.01 내지 10중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 5중량%의 증점제를 함유하는 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 비이온성, 양성, 양이온성 또는 음이온성 분산제 또는 그러한 분산제의 혼합물을 함유하는 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 비이온성 분산제가 하기 일반식의 산화에틸렌/산화프로필렌 블록중합체인 조성물.
    상기식에서, a와 c의 합은 200 내지 400의 수이며, b는 20 내지 100의 수이다.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 음이온성 분산제가 포름알데히드와 나프탈렌설폰산의 축합물, 포름알데히드, 나프탈렌설폰산 및 벤젠설폰산의 축합물, 또는 조크레졸, 포름알데히드 및 나프탈렌설폰산의 축합물과 같은 방향족 설폰산과 포름알데히드와의 축합물인 조성물.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 양이온성 분산제가 고급 알킬래디칼을 함유하는 하기일반식의 4급 암모늄 화합물인 조성물.
    상기식에서, R1은 포화 및/또는 불포화 C8-C22알킬래디칼이며,
    R2는 C1-C4알킬래디칼이거나, 3 내지 30개의 산화에틸렌 및/또는 산화프로필렌 단위 또는 산화에틸렌 및 산화스티렌 단위를 함유하는 산화폴리알킬렌쇄이고,
    R3는 하이드록시, 메톡시 또는 에톡시그룹 또는 카바모일 또는 페닐래디칼로 치환되거나 비치환된 C1-C4알킬래디칼이며,
    는 유기산 또는 무기산의 음이온, 예를들면 클로라이드, 브로마이드, 설페이트 또는 메토설퍼이트 음이온이다.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 추가의 보조제로서 보습제, 하이드로트로피제, 살균제, 살진균제, 소포제, 킬레이트제 및/또는 pH조절용 화합물을 함유하는 조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 고형물 10 내지 60중량%, 바람직하게는 20 내지 50중량%, 분산제 또는 분산제 혼합물 0.5 내지 25중량%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 15중량%, 합성 증점제 0.001 내지 5중량%, 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 1중량%, 보습제 5 내지 20중량% 및 물 20 내지 70중량%를 함유하는 조성물.
  17. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 염료 10 내지 60중량%, 바람직하게는 20 내지 50중량, 비이온성 분산제 0.5 내지 15중량%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 10중량%, 음이온성 분산제 0.1 내지 5중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 3중량%, 합성 증점제 0.001 내지 5중량%, 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 1중량%, 보습제 5 내지 20중량% 및 물 20 내지 70중량%를 함유하는 조성물.
  18. 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 추가의 성분으로서 소포제, 하이드로트로피제, 살균제, 킬레이트제 및/또는 pH/점도 조절용 카복실산, 수산화알칼리금속 또는 암모니아를 0.1 내지 5중량%의 총 농도로 함유하는 조성물.
  19. 수-불용성 또는 수-난용성 고형물을 비이온성, 양성, 양이온성 또는 음이온성 분산제 또는 그러한 분산제의 혼합물 존재하에, 미세 분산형태로 전환시키고, 전해질-민감성 증점제 및 임의의 성분인 고체조성물의 통상의 성분을 가하거나 분산제 및 임의로 통상의 성분을 함유하는 미세분산된 고체 조성물에 전해질-민감성 증점제를 가함을 특징으로 하여 제1항에 청구된 바와같은 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  20. 수-불용성 또는 수-난용성 염료를 비이온성분산제 존재하에 미세 분산형태로 전환시키고, 전해질-민감성 증점제 또는 임의로 조성물의 통상의 성분을 가하거나, 분산제 및 임의로 통상의 성분을 함유하는 미세 분산염료 조성물에 전해질-민감성 증점제를 가함을 특징으로 하여 제4항에 청구된 바와 같은 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  21. 전해질로 희석한후 제1항에 청구된 바와 같은 조성물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 물질을 처리 방법.
