제 1 도는 본 발명에 따라 제작되고, 본 발명의 가열장치를 사용하여 가열하고자 하는 뚜껑의 당김 태브를 점선으로 표시한 유도가열장치의 저면도.
제 6 도는 용기에 접착되었던 뚜껑을 발출하여, 본 발명에 따른 페라이트 재료를 사용하여 특정 형태로 전류를 집중시키지 않은 상태에서 열결합을 시킬때의, 열결합의 일반적인 상태 및 뚜껑의 일반적인 가열 형태를 나타내기 위한, 뚜껑의 저면도.
제 9 도는 뚜껑의 한쪽 모서리를 가열하도록 유도 코일이 한쪽 모서리에 대해 위치하는 페라이트의 특정구조를 나타내는, 제 1 도의 선9-9에 따라 취한 부분 확대 단면도.

Claims (15)
- 금속층을 갖는 뚜껑류를 하나이상의 모서리를 포함하는 열접착선으로 용기류에 열접착시키는 유도가 열장치에 있어서, 하나이상의 모서리를 포함하는 상기 열접착선의 형태와 일치하는 루프 구조를 갖는 유도코일, 상기 유도코일과 인접 위치하여 뚜껑류의 금속층에 유도되는 전류를 상기 유도코일의 형태와 일치되도록 집전하는 페라이트 전류 집전기, 및 상기 모서리에 위치하는 폐라이트 전류 집전기, 및 상기 모서리에 위치하는 페라이트 전류 집전기 장치로 구성되는 것을 즉징으로 하는 유도가열장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유도코일이 뚜껑에 대향되는 면을 갖고 있고, 상기 페라이트 전류 집전기는 상기 유도코일 내에서 반경 방향으로 배설되며, 상기 유도코일과 평행하게 연장되는 제 1 다리와 상기 유도 코일에 대해 직각이 되게 연장되고 상기 유도코일면으로 부터 격설되어 위치하는 제 2 다리를 포함하는 각을 이룬 단면으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전류 지도기를 구성하는 비철금 속의 판상부재가 상기 페라이트 전류 집전기 내에 착좌되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트 전류 집전기가 U-형 단면으로 되어 있고, 상기 유도코일은 기부를 갖고 있으며, 상기 모서리에서 상기 기부는 상기 페라이트 전류 집전기 장치내에 착좌되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트 전류 집전기 장치가 상기 페라이트 전류 집전기로 부터 격설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 유도코일은 지지부에 의해 반송되고, 상기 지지부는 그 일측면상에서 상기 유도코일 기부를 수납하도록된 주연부 요홈을 갖고 있고, 상기 페라이트 전류 집전기 장치는 횡간 바아 부분 및 격설된 상태에서 평행하게 되어 있는 두 개의 다리를 갖고 있고, 상기 지지부는 그 내부에 상기 모서리에서 상기 유도코일 기부와 인접되나 격설되도록 종결되는 평면 바닥 구멍, 및 상기 유도코일 기부의 양측면 상에서 상기 평면 바닥 구멍으로 부터 연장되는 소구경의 제 2 구멍들을 갖고 있고, 상기 횡간 바아부분은 상기 평면 바닥부분내에 위치하고, 상기 다리들을 상기 제 2 구멍 내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트 전류 집전기 장치를 상기 지지부 내에 보유시키기 위해서 탄성 플러그를 상기 평면 바닥 구멍 내에 착좌시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑류가 상기 하나의 모서리에서 돌출된 당김 태브를 갖고 있고, 상기 유도코일의 대향된 면상의 상기 모서리에 페라이트 집전기들이 부가적으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 부가된 페라이트 전류 집전기중의 하나가 상기 유도코일 내에 위치하고 상기 페라이트 전류 집전기와 상기 페라이트 전류 집전기 장치와 공히 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 부가된 페라이트 전류 집전기들 중의 제 2 페라이트 집전기는 상기 유도코일의 반경방향 외측으로 위치하고 상기 페라이트 전류 집전기로부터 상기 유도코일의 전체 높이로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑류가 제 2 모서리를 갖되 이 모서리로 부터 당김 태부가 돌출되고, 상기 제 2 모서리는 또한 U-형 단면의 페라이트 전류 집전기 장치, 및 상기 유도코일의 대향된 면상에서 상기 모서리에 부가된 페라이트 전류 집전기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전류 지도기를 구성하는 비철금속의 판상부재가 상기 페라이트 전류 집전기 내에 착좌되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 전류 지도기는 노출면을 갖고 있고, 밀봉링은 상기 전류지도기에 의해 반송되어 상기 장치에 대향되는 뚜껑류와 밀봉 계합되고, 흡입 장치는 상기 밀봉링 내에서 상기 전류 지도기에 의해 반송되어 뚜껑류를 상기 장치에 대해 흡입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유도코일이 노출면을 갖고 있고, 상기 장치에는 용기를 수납하는 착좌부가 결합되어 있고, 상기 착좌부는 용기를 지지하기 위한 지지림을 가지며 이 지지림은 사익 코일면에 대향되어 있으며, 상기 장치에는 상기 장치와 상기 착좌부에 결합되어 상기 유도코일면과 상기 착좌부 지지림을 설정된 압력으로 같이 이동시키는 장치가 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 주연부 플랜지, 및 상기 플랜지로 부터 직립되게 돌출되어 연관된 뚜껑을 중심으로 유지하도록 하는 성형된 비드를 갖고 있고, 상기 비드는 사기 모서리에서 불연속으로 되어 있어 상기 담김 태브에 간극을 마련하여, 상기 주연부 플랜지가 상기 모서리에서 단면이 변화되도록 하며, 상기 설정된 압력은 상기 뚜께 차이를 보상하기에 충분한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
