1,133,468. Hob plates for electric cookers. GENERAL MOTORS CORP. 12 May, 1966 [25 May, 1965], No. 21170/66.Heading F4W. [Also in Division H5] The hob plate of an electric cooker comprises a sheet 22 of heat-proof glass, or recrystallized glass having a raised rim resting on a flange within the cooker top rim (Fig. 3, not shown), and raised hot-plate parts 34 beneath which are suspended electric element supports 32. The supports 32 have reflective linings 68 on their upper surfaces and rest on clips 46 engaging lugs 42 depending from the hob plate.
