(1): 중합체분말과 반송가스의 도입라인, (2): 사이클롤분리기, (3): 호퍼, (4)(13): 퍼어지가스도입라인, (5): 로타리피이더, (6), 스크류우콘베이어, (7): 사스배출라인, (8): 분면계(粉題計), (9)(11): 제어계, (10)(12): 밸브, (14): 트리클덤퍼(trickle dumper).
Claims (6)
- 중합체분말과 반송가스의 혼합류를 사이클론분리기에 도입하고, 반송가스로부터 분리된 중합체분말을 사이클론분리기의 하부를 통해 호퍼로 취출하고, 사이클론분리기의 상부로부터 반송가스를 취출하는 한편 로타리피이더를 이용하여 사이클론분리기의 하부로부터 중합체를 취출하여 반송가스로부터 중합체분말을 분리하는 방법에 있어서, 호퍼의 분체면높이의 변동에 따라 로타리피이터의 회전속도를 제어하여 호퍼로부터의 중합체분말 배출량을 제어하고, 폐색을 방지하기 위하여 사이클론분리기와 호퍼사이에 뻗어있는 중합체분말가이드에 도입되는 퍼어지가스량을 로타리피이더의 회전속도변동에 따라 제어하고, 로타이피이터의 회전속도변동에 따라 로타리피이더 상부에 도입되는 퍼어지가스량을 제어하여 사이클론분리기와 호퍼사이의 가리드의 폐색과 로타리피이더 상부영역의 폐색을 방지함과 동시에 호퍼의 분체면높이를 소정치로 일정하게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체분말과 반송가스의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폐색방지용으로서 도입되는 각 퍼어지가스를 간헐적으로 도입하고 그것의 양은 도입의 개폐간격길이를 변동시켜서 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체분말과 반송가스의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체분말가이드에 공급되는 퍼어지가스량은 중합체분말 1톤당 1-500㎥인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체분말과 반송가스의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로타리피이더의 상부에 도입되는 퍼어지가스량은 중합체분말 1톤당 1-500㎥인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체분말과 반송가스의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로타리피어더의 회전속도가 소정치이상인 경우에 중합체분말가이드에 공급되는 퍼어지가스량은 일정하게 유지하고, 로타리피이더의 회전속도가 소정치이하로 저하되는 경우에는 회전속도의 감속정도에 따라 중합체분말가이드에 공급되는 퍼어지가스량을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체분말과 반송갓의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로타리피어더의 회전속도가 상승된 경우에는 회전속도의 증속정도에 따라 로타리피이더의 상부에 공급되는 퍼어지가스량을 증가시키고, 로타리피이더의 회전속도가 소정속도 이하인 경우에는 퍼어지가스량을 일정하게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체분말과 반송가스의 분리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
