Claims (9)

  1. 제1탄성 중합체는 총양이 혼합물의 75 내지 85중량%이고 제1탄성 중합체의 20 내지 25중량%에 달하는 경질 세그먼트(segment) 및 분자량 1,800 내지 3,000의 연질 세그먼트를 가지고, 제2탄성중합체는 총양이 혼합물의 25 내지 15중량%이고 제2탄성 중합체의 40 내지 55중량%에 달하는 경질 세그먼트 및 분자량 850 내지 2,000의 연질 세그먼트를 가지며, 혼합물은 용융흡열량이 120 내지 215℃이고 용융피크가 150 내지 170℃임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르에스테르 탄성중합체들 [각 탄성 중합체는 폴리(테트라메틸렌에테르)글리콜, 1,4-부탄디올 및 페닐렌 디카복실산 또는 이의 유도체로부터 제조된 경질 및 연질 세그먼트로 이루어진다]의 용융 혼합물로부터 생성된 개선된 탄성중합체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 하블록킹제의 미세분할입자를 탄성중합체 혼합물의 3 내지 8중량%의 양으로 혼입시킨 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 항블록킹제가 탈크인 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 페닐렌 디카복실산이 테레프탈산 또는 이의 유도체인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 테레프탈산 또는 이의 유도체의 30%를 이소프탈산 또는 이의 유도체로 대체한 조성물.
  6. 항블록킹제를 제2탄성 중합체에 혼합하고, 생성된 혼합 탄성 중합체를 제1탄성 중합체와 용융혼합하고, 용융-혼합된 탄성 중합체를 180 내지 220℃에서 슬로트 오리피스(slot orifice)사이로 용융 압출시켜 얇은 필름을 생성시키고, 얇은 필름을 50℃이하로 급냉시킨후 급냉된 필름을 인락율(引落率)이 12 내지 40이 되도록 하는 속도로 전진시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로하여, 제2항의 조성물로부터 탄성필름을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수욕에 침지시킴으로써 급냉시키고 공극(이의 길이는 3 내지 25mm이다)이 슬로트 오리피스 출구와 수욕 입구 사이에 존재하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 용융-압출 온도가 190 내지 200℃이고 공극의 길이가 10 내지 15mm이며 인락율이 15 내지 25인 방법.
  9. 제6항의 방법으로 제조되며 파단강도가 0.4g/dtex 이상이고 파단점 신장율이 400 내지 700%이며, 파우어(power)가 0.035g/dtex 이상이고 경화율이 15%미만인 두께 0.02 내지 0.05mm의 필름 스트립.
