제2도는 초기 연신율(E)의 함수로서 저온 신장율 (X)의 곡선을 나타낸다.

Claims (9)

  1. 가역적이면서 재생적인 방식으로 저온 신장성이 있음을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다중서열이면서 경질 서열과 결정성 연질 서열을 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 연질 서열의 수평균 분자량이 1,000이상, 바람직하게는 2,000 이상인 열가소성 엘라스토머.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 결정성 연질 서열이 폴리에테르 및/또는 폴리에스테르를 기본으로, 바람직하게는 폴리테트라메틸렌 글리콜을 기본으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머.
  5. 제2항, 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 경질 서열이 폴리우레탄을 기본으로, 폴리에스테르를 기본으로 하고/하거나 폴리아미드를 기본으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머.
  6. 제2항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머가 폴리에테르에스테르아미드 형태, 바람직하게는 (코)폴리아미드를 기본으로 하거나 지방족 폴리아미드(들)의 혼합물을 기본으로 한 경질 서열을 갖는 형태이면서, 결정성 연질 서열이 주로 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 열가소성 엘라스토머.
  7. (a)열가소성 엘라스토머를 실온에서 1축으로 연신하고, (b)이러한 엘라스토머를 실온에서 또는 이닐링을 수행하여 완화시키며, (c)열가소성 엘라스토머를 저온으로 냉각하는 단계를 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한 항에서 명시된 열가소성 엘라스토머의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 초기 연신율이 1,000%이하, 바람직하게는 100 내지 400%인 제조방법.
  9. 특정온도에서, 바람직하게는 저온 신장율이 발생하는 온도 영역에서 성형되고, 압출되고/되거나 사출 성형된 물체 또는 필름의 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 한 항에서 명시된 바와 같은 열가소성 엘라스토머의 용도.
