Claims (4)
- 미경화의 열경화성 수지를 함침시킨 보강섬유를 교축노즐을 통과시키므로써 소정의 형상으로 모양을 부여하여 미경화 봉상물을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 미경화 봉상물을 에워싸도록 용융된 불소계 열가소성 수지를 환상으로 압출하는 공정과, 상기 열가소성수지를 이 미경화 봉상물의 외주에 접촉시키는 동시에 강제적으로 냉각하여 고화시키고, 상기 열가소성수지에 의하여 피복층을 형성하는 공정과, 이것을 로내에 도입하여 내부의 상기 열경화성 수지를 경화시키는 공정과 상기 피복층을 박리제거하여 섬유강화 열경화성 수지표면을 가지는 봉상성형물을 형성하는 공정으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 봉상 성형물의 연속성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성수지가 상기 미경화 봉상물과 접촉할 때의 각도를 5°-30°의 범위 내에 설정하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉상 성형물의 연속 성형방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지의 냉각 개시점을 상기 미경화 봉상물과의 접촉지점과 실질적으로 일치시켜서 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 봉상 성형물의 연속 성형방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피복 층이 0.07mm-0.6mm의 두께를 가지도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 봉상 성형물의 연속 성형방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
