Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily flake off electrodeposited metal layer, by performing alumite treatment of circumference part of aluminum plate and moreover, coating the treated part with an insulation material.
CONSTITUTION: Cathode plate is made of aluminum and alumite treatment of its circumference part is performed. The alumite treatment is performed by the normal method. Also, for example, an insulating tape, such as vinyl chloride, is able to stick on the surface of produced alumina. Hereby, electrodeposition layer is easily flaked off. For example 5mm thickness aluminum plate is cut in 10×15cm and 1cm width alumite treatment is performed on its circumference. Copper starting sheet is manufactured by the starting sheet electrolysis by using said plate as basic sheet. The starting sheet electrolysis is performed by using the electrolyte containing 50g/l copper and 200g/l sulfuric acid at 250A/m2 current density for 20hr current transmission. Hereby, a good copper deposit is obtained and said deposit is easily flaked off from the basic sheet by a tool.
