Claims (10)

  1. 입력축(12), 출력축(30), 상기 입력축(12)과 상기 출력축(30)의 각각을 지지하는 베어링 지지장치(28, 38), 상기 입력축(12)에 연결된 한쌍의 유성기어(18, 20), 상기 출력축(30)과 연결되고 한쌍의 유성기어(18, 20)와 맞물리는 태양기어(22), 상기 태양기어(22)와 동심이고 한쌍의 유성기어(18, 20)와 맞물리는 링기어(24), 정반대방향이며, 원주 방향으로 뻗어있는 가요성 날개(52)와 원주방향으로 뻗어있는 탱(58)이 상기 링기어(24)로부터 떨어져 뻗어 있고, 상기 탱(58)이 상기 가요성날개(52)로부터 각 변위상으로 간격이 띄워져 있는 링기어 지지장치(26), 상기 유성기어, 선기어, 링기어 장치를 둘러싸고 있고, 상기 베어링 지지장치를 지지하며 상기 가요성 날개(52)를 마련하기 위한 정반대 방향에 위치한 홈(50)과 상기 탱(58)을 마련하기 위한 열림부를 보유하고 있는 하우징 장치(40), 상기 각 가요성날개(52)에 연결되어 상기 입력축(12)으로부터 상기 출력축(30)에 가해진 토오크 양에 따라 그 길이가 변화하는 응력 게이지장치(54)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 감지기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기적 신호를 발생하기 위하여 상기 응력 게이지 장치의 길이변화에 따라 작동하는 증폭장치(48)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 감지기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 증폭장치(48)는 상기 입력축(12)에 의해 상기출력축(30)에 가해진 토오크양에 비례하여 전기적 신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 가요성 날개(52)의 스프링 상수와 상기 유성기어(18, 20), 태양기어(22), 내기어(24)의 기어비에 따라 작동하는 측정장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 감지기.
  4. 자동차 운전자에 의해 자동차 조향 기구에 가해진 토오크양을 측정하는 토오크 감지기에 있어서, 운전자에 의해 가해진 토오크를 지지하는 입력축장치(12), 자동차의 조향기구(34)에 작동가능토록 연결된 피니언기어장치(32)를 포함하고 있는 출력축장치(30).
    상기 입력축장치(12)와 동심이고 상기 출력축장치(30)와 작동가능토록 연결턴 태양기어(22), 상기 입력축장치(12)와 연결되고 상기 태양기어(22)와 작동 가능토록 연결되어 있으며 하나가 다른 하나와 180° 각 변위로 떨어져 위치하고 있는 적어도 한쌍의 유성기어(18, 20), 상기 유성기어에 작동 가능토록 연결되어 있으며 상기 입력축장치(12)의 회전에 따라 작동하는 토오크 전달장치(14), 상기 유성기어와 맞물리는 내기어장치(24), 상기 내기장치를 지지하는 내기어 하우징장치(26), 상기 내기어에 부착되어 있고 상기 내기어 하우징 장치를 정지상태로 유지되도록 작동하는 가요성 장치(52), 상기 가요성장치의 굽힘양을 표시하는 신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 가요성 장치의 굽힘에 따라 반응하는 감지장치(54) 및, 상기 감지장치에 따라 반응하고 상기 유성기어(18, 20)에 의해 상기 내기어 하우징장치(26)에 가해진 토오크 양에 따라 신호를 발생하도록 작동하는 증폭장치(48)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 감지기.
  5. 자동차 운전자에 의해 조향기구에 가해진 토오크양을 측정하기 위한 토오크 감지기(10)에 있어서, 유성 캐리어(14)에 장착된 유성기어(18, 20), 태양기어(22), 내기어(24)로 구성된 유성기어장치(18, 20, 22, 24), 유성캐리어(14)에 연결된 입력축장치(12), 태양기어에 연결된 출력축장치(30), 내기어 하우징장치(26), 상기 내기어하우징 장치를 정지 상태로 유지하도록 하기 위하여 상기 내기어 하우징장치(26)으로부터 원주 방향으로 뻗어있는 가요성 장치(52) 및, 상기 가요성장치(52)에 장착되어 있고 상기 입력축의 회전에 따라 반응하는 상기 가요성장치에 가해진 가요응력에 따라 작동하는 응력 게이지장치(52)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 감지기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 응력 게이지 장치와 연결되고 상기 응력게이지 장치(54)로부터 신호를 받도록 작동하고 상기 입력축장치(12)에 의해 상기 출력축장치(30)에 가해진 토오크에 비례하여 전기적 신호를 발생하는 증폭장치(48)를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 감지기(10).
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유성기어 장치가 등간격으로 떨어져 있는 두개의 유성기어(18, 20)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 감지기(10).
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 입력축(12)를 상기 태양기어(22)와 일렬로 배열되도록 하는 베어링장치(28)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 감지기(10).
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 내기어 하우징 장치(26)에 반응하는 토오크를 제한하도록 하는 비상안전장치(58)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 감지기(10).
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 내기어 하우징 장치(26)상에 위치한 상기 비상 안전장치는 내기어 하우징 장치로부터 원주방향으로 뻗어 있고 또한 상기 입력축(12)의 회전에 대해 상기내기어 하우징장치(26)의 회전 반응을 제한하는 적어도 하나의 탱(58)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크 감지기(10).
