Claims (5)
- 외측으로 벌어지는 벽들(22)을 가지며 관형 부재(1)의 단면에 상보적인 형태의 단면을 가지는 컵형 플러그(2)형태의 확장 부재를 제공하고; 확장 맨드렐(4)의 머리부(41) 주위에의 상기 플러그 벽들의 오그라뜨림에 의해 상기 플러그(2)를 맨드렐(4)에 부착하고; 관형 부재 공동부내에 플러그(2)와 함께 조립된 맨드렐(4)을 삽입하고; 플러그로부터 맨드렐을 철회시킴에 의해, 맨드렐에 부착된 지지 다이(5)의 위치 또는 길이에 의해 결정되는 소망의 위치에서 관형부재에 확고하게 결합하도록 상기 플러그를 확장시키는 단계들로 이루어진 관형부재 내 배플 체결방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 관형 부재가 알루미늄 튜브이고, 외측 지지링(6)이 상기 확장 단계전에 삽입된 플러그(2)의 곳에서 튜브상에 배치되는 상기 방법.
- 관형부재(1)의 내측 단면에 상보적인 형태의 단면을 가지며 관형부재의 벽의 소성변형을 야기하도록 그 관형부재의 벽내로 원주방향으로 연장하는 확장된 부재(2)를 포함하고, 그 확장된 부재(2)가 상기 소성변형에 의해 형성된 상기 벽의 만입부(3)에 확고하게 결합되는 관형부재를 위한 폐쇄 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 확장된 부재(2)가 관형부재내 주 흐름 및/또는 압력의 방향으로 벌어지는 외측벽(22)을 가진 컵형태의 플러그인 상기 폐쇄 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 관형부재(1)가 튜브의 만입부(3)를 둘러싸는 외측 지지링(6)을 구비한 알루미늄 튜브인 상기 폐쇄 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
