제2도 는 제1도에 따른 가스발생장치의 끝단부를 나타낸 단면도이다,
제3도는 제2도 의 선 Ⅲ-Ⅲ을 따라 취한 횡단면도.
Claims (3)
- 가스발생장치, 특히 팽창성 충격 쿠션체 용의 관형가스 발생장치로서, -외측튜브(12)와, -상기 외측튜부(12)의 양단부(30)에 설치되고, 상기 외측튜브(12)가 부분적으로 둘러싸도록 되는 밀폐커버(28)와, -상기 밀폐커버(28)의 원주둘레 표면상에 형성되고, 상기 밀폐커버(28)를 둘러싸며 상기 외측튜브(12)의 단부(32)에서 안쪽으로 배향되어 설치되는 돌출부(44)들이 수용되는 원주홈(46)을 포함 구성하고, -상기 돌출부(44)들이 밀폐커버(28)의 원주홈(36)부분에서 상기 밀폐 커버(28)를 둘러싸며 상기 외측튜브(12)의 단부(32)부분을 여러번 노칭시킴으로써 안쪽으로 배향하여 V자형상의 외측튜브 변형이 이루어지도록 펀칭되어 형성되는 것을, 특징으로하는 관형가스 발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외측튜브(12)가 그의 단부에서 밀폐커버(28)이상으로 연장하고, 환상의 돌출플랜지부(34)가 상기 밀폐커버(28)의 둘레가장자리 부위에 덮혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형가스발생장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외측튜브(12)내에 가스발생재(24)가 담겨지는 내측튜브(16)가 배치되고, 각 밀폐커버(28)의 상기 내측튜크(16)의 단부와 면접하는 내측부에 요홈부(38)가 형성되며, 상기 요홈부(38)안으로 상기 내측튜브(16)의 단부(40)가 끼워져 상기 내측튜브(16)의 단부를 상기 요홈부(38)가 둘러싸도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 관형가스발생장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임
