Claims (4)
- 몸체와, 상기 몸체내에 형성된 제1공동부에 고정된 센서비임, 상기 제1공동부와 연통되는 제2공동부에서 몸체의 측면에 부착된 다이아프램 및 상기 다이아프램과 센서비임을 연결시키는 축부로 이루어진 압력 변환기에 있어서, 상기 축부(120,121)가 센서비임(14)에 부착되는 제1직경부와, 다이아프램(18,19)에 부착되는 제2직경부, 상기 제1직경부와, 제2직경부를 연결시키는 경화성재질(126)연결부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한 압력 변환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1직경부는 스터브축으로 인 센서포스트(122)으로 이루어지고, 상기 제2직경부는 상기 스터브축을 둘러싸는 원통형중공부(125)를 가진 원통체로 이루어지며, 상기 경화성 재질 연결부가 스터브축과 원통형중공부(125) 사이에 형성되어 있는 것.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스터브축의 자유단이 원통형중공부(125)의 바닥으로부터 이격되어 있고, 상기 경화성재질(126)로 된 부분이 상기 이격된 공간내에 수용되어지는 것.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 경화성재질(126)이 에폭시로 이루어진 것.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
