병풀로부터 아시아티코사이드, 아시아틱산 및 마데카식산의 분리방법

Claims (2)

  1. 병풀잎을 음건한 후 분쇄하여 물과 n-부탄올 2상 용매의 추출기에 넣고 70℃에서 처리하여 당분해 효소를 불활성화시킨 후, 추출기 내의 온도를 15-30℃로 낮추고 추출하여 식물잔체와 여액으로 분리하고, 여액을 실온에서 정치한 후, 일정량의 물을 가해 진탕, 정치함으로써 여분의 극성물질을 수층으로 이동시켜 제거하고 n-부탄올 용액을 건고한 다음, 고형물에 물을 가하여 교반함으로써 수용성인 아시아티코사이드 분획과 수불용성인 게닌 분획을 분리함을 특징으로 하는 아시아티코사이드, 아시아틱산 및 마데카식산의 분리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아시아티코사이드 분획을 초산 에틸로 추출한 후 남은 수층을 건고한 후 메탄올 수용액으로 재경정하여 고순도의 아시아티코사이드를 얻고 게닌분획을 n-헥산으로 교반시켜 용해되는 불순물을 제거하여 고순도의 아시아틱산과 마데카식산의 혼합물의 분리방법.
