Claims (1)

  1. (가) 습식 옥수수분쇄공정에서 만든 습한 옥수수 씨눈을 pH 3-4에서 50℃정도를 상회하지 않는 온도에서 씨눈의 최소한 80%가 160마이크론이하의 입자크기가 되게 분쇄하여 씨눈의 세포를 개방시킴과 아울러 세포벽에 손상이 되지 않게하고 분쇄조작의 최소한 최종단계를 충분한 물을 가하여 실시하므로서 고형분함량이 중량으로 10-25%인 액상슬러리를 만들고,
    (나) 필요에 따라서는 고형분함량이 약 17%정도를 상회하지 않도록 하여 물을 첨가함과 아울러 분쇄된 슬러리를 침출력으로 처리하므로서 슬러리를 액상과 고상으로 분리하고 씨눈의 건조물질로부터 기름과 단백질 부분을 액상으로 침출하여,
    (다) 신속히 액상으로부터 기름을 분리회수하므로서 고순도 미정제 옥수수 기름을 단지 약간 정제하여 최종적인 식용옥수수 기름을 제조하는 방법.
