맨드래미로 부터 식용 적색색소의 추출 방법

제2도는 이온교환수지 크로마토그래피법에 의한 맨드래미 색소의 분리도.
제3도는 박층 크로마토그래피법에 의한 적색 색소의 분리도.

Claims (3)

  1. 맨드래미로 부터 식용적색 색소를 추출함에 있어서, 추출용매로서 메탄올, 에탄올, 물 중에서 선택된 한가지 또는 이들 용매의 혼합물을 사용하거나, 또는이들 용매의 단독 또는 혼합물에 0.1-5%(W/W)의 염산을 첨가시킨 용매를 사용하여 맨드래미로 부터 적색 색소를 추출한 다음 이 추출액을 농축 또는 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 맨드래미로부터 식용적색 색소의 추출방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추출액을 농축 또는 건조시키는 수단으로서 분무 건조기, 회전 전공건조기, 냉동건조기 또는 드럼건조기를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 영동법이나 겔에 의한 칼럼크로마토 그래피 방법을 단독 또는 병용하여 추출액으로 부터 순수한 식용적색 색소를 분리시키는 공정을 더 포함시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
