녹차 플라보노이드의 추출방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 실시예 1에서 얻은 플라보노이드를 함유하는 TLC분획의 건조물질의 HPLC크로마토그램이고,
제2도는 실시예 2에서 얻은 (-)에피갈로카테친 갈레이트의 적외선 스펙트럼이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 녹차의 수용성 추출액, 또는 수용성 알콜 추출액을 농축하여 얻은 수용액으로 부터 초산에칠로 분해 추출하고 그 분배 추출물을 클로로포름과 메탄올의 혼액을 용출액으로 하여 세파덱스(Sephades LH-20, Pharmacia제품)컬럼을 통과시켜 불순물을 제거하고 플라보로이드 함유 분획을 증발 건조함을 특징으로 하는 녹차 플라보노이드의 추출방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용출액으로 사용되는 클로로포름과 메탄올의 혼액이 클로로포름과 메탄올의 3 : 1 내지 1 : 1(v/v)혼액임을 특징으로 하는 녹차 플라보노이드의 추출방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수용성 알콜 추출액은 30∼50%(v/v)의 수용성 알콜 추출액임을 특징으로 하는 녹차 플라보노이드의 추출방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 세파덱스 컬럼을 클로로포름과 메탄올의 5 : 1 내지 4 : 1(v/v)혼액으로 먼저 용출시킨 후 이어서 클로로포름과 메탄올의 1 : 1 내지 1 : 2(v/v)혼액으로 용출시킴을 특징으로 하는 녹차 플라보노이드의 추출방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 4항에 있어서, 수용성 알콜 추출액은 30∼50%(v/v)의 수용성 알콜 추출액임을 특징으로 하는 녹차 플라보노이드의 추출방법.
