Claims (8)
- 비프로톤용매(aprotic solvent)중에서 유기아민 화합물의 테트라플루오로 보레이트를 전해질로서 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서용 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기아민 화합물은 피리딘링을 1 또는 2개를 포함한 화합물과 질소원자에 1 내지 4개의 알킬기, 알케닐기 또는 아릴기 및 1 내지 3개의 수소원자가 부가한 1급 내지 4급의 아민화합물로 구성함을 특징으로 한 상기 전해 콘덴서용 전해액.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1 또는 2개의 피리딘링을 포함한 상기 화합물은 피리딘링의 탄소에 결합한 수소원자 1 또는 그 이상을 알킬기, 알케닐기, 아릴기 또는 할로겐으로 치환시켜서 구성된 화합물임을 특징으로 한 상기 전해 콘덴서용 전해액.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 피리딘링을 2개 포함한 상기 화합물은 디피리딜 화합물 또는 2개의 피디린링을 탄소수 1-8의 알킬렌기 또는 탄소수 2-8의 알케닐기로 결합한 화합물임을 특징으로 한 상기 전해콘덴서용 전해액.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 전해액에는 피리딘링의 질소원자에 1개의 알킬기, 알케닐기 또는 아릴기를 부가시킨 4급 아민화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 한 상기 전해 콘덴서용 전해액.
- 제2항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알킬기 및 알케닐기는 탄소수 1 내지 15를 가지며 알릴기는 탄소수 6 내지 16을 가짐을 특징으로 한 상기 전해 콘덴서용 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기아민 화합물은 다음식의 화합물임을 특징으로 한 상기 전해 콘덴서용 전해액.위 식에서, m은 0 또는 1이고, m+n은 2 또는 3이며, R1은 탄소원자 3개를 가진 알킬치환기를 갖거나 또는 갖고있지 않으며, R은 수소, 또 질소원자가 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬기 1개 또는 2개로 3급 아민 또는 4급아민을 구성하는 N-헤테로 사이클릭-디-축합 링 화합물로, 이 링에서 서로 공액의 2중결합 0-5개를 포함함.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비프로톤용매는 N-메틸포름아미드, N-디메틸포름아미드, N-에틸포름아미드, N-디에틸포름아미드, N-메틸아세트아미드, N-디메틸아세트아미드, N-디에틸아세트아미드, γ-부티로락톤, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, 에틸렌 카르보네이트, 프로필렌 카르보네이트, 디메틸술폭시드, 아세토니트릴 또는 이들 혼합물의 그룹에서 선택함을 특징으로 한 상기 전해콘덴서용 전해액.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
