Claims (5)

  1. 비프로톤 용매중에 일반식
    (식중 R=H 또는 CXH2X+1또는 (CXH2X+1)2;
    R1=C1-C5인 알킬기;
    n=0-3의 정수;
    a+b=4 또는 5;
    A=플로오르 착체산;
    다만, (CH2)와 (CH)는 임의의 배열을 취하며 또한
    a+b=4 인때 x=1 n=b=0;
    a+b=5 인때 x=1-6의 정수 n=b=0-3의 정수를 표시한다)의 N-복소환식 화합물류의 플로오르 착체산엽을 전해질로 하여서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서용 전해액.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서 N-복소환식 화합물류가 일반식
    (식중 R1=탄소원자수 1-6의 알킬치환기, n=0-3의 정수 : R=H 또는 탄소원자수 1-5의 알킬기 1-2개에 의하여 질소 원자는 2급, 3급 또는 4급 아민을 구성, A=플로오르 착체산)의 피페리딘 내지 피페리딘 유도체류의 플로오르 착체산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘서용 전해액.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, N-복소환식 화합물류가 일반식
    (식중, R=H 또는 메틸기 1-2개에 의하여 질소원자는 2급, 3급 또는 4급 아민을 구성, A=플로오르착체산을 표시한다)의 피로리딘 내지 N-메틸피로리딘 화합물의 플로오로 착체산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서용 전해액.
  4. 제1항에서 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 비프로톤 용매는
    N-메틸포름아미드,
    N,N-디메틸포름아미드,
    N-에틸포름아미드,
    N,N-디에틸포름아미드,
    N-메틸아세트아미드,
    N,N-디메틸아세트아미드,
    N-에틸아세트아미드
    N,N-디에틸아세트아미드,
    γ-브티로락톤
    N-메틸-2-피로리돈,
    에티렌카아보내이트,
    프로피렌카아보네이트,
    디메틸설포옥시드,
    아세트니트릴,
    또는 이들의 혼합물의 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서용 전해액.
  5. 제 1 항에서 제 4 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 플로오르 착체산이 테트라플로오르 붕산, 핵사플로오르린산인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서용 전해액.
