제 1도는 본발명에 의한 전자밸브를 갖춘 연료분사펌프의 일실시예를 표시하는 일부단면도.
제2A도는 제 1도에 표시한 전자밸브의 스위치의 개폐상태를 표시하는 도표.
제2B도는 스위치에 의하여 출력되는 신호의 파형을 표시하는 도표.
제 3도는 수정된 절연성 안내부재의 일부단면 사시도.

Claims (8)
- 도전재료로된 밸브체 (9)와 이 밸브체에 대응하는 밸브시이트(13)가 형성된 도전성본체 (10)를 가지고 있고, 도전성본체(10)를 밸브체(9)가 밸브시이트(13)에 착좌하열을 때에 밸브체(9)에 전기적으로 접속시키기 위한 접점 (30)을 구성하게 한 전자밸브(1)에 있어서, 여자코일(2)을 갖춘 고정자(3)와, 밸브체 (9)에 고착된 전기자(4)를 가지고 있고 밸브체 (9)를 밸브시이트(13)에 착좌시키기 위한 전자력을 제공하는 전자작동기, 전자작동기가 비활성화상태에 있을 때에 밸브체(9)를 밸브시이트(13)로 부터 분리되게 기울어지게 하는 스프링수단(15); 전자밸브(1)가 열린상태로 있는 동안 밸브체 (9)의 최고행정을 결정하기 위하여 밸브체 (9)에 연결된 스토퍼 (5) ; 본체(10)와 밸브체(9)의 활동면 사이의 전기적 절연상태를 유지하는 동안 밸브체(9)를 지지안내하는 안내공(41)을 가지고 있고. 전자작동기가 비활성화상태에 있을때에 절연성 안내부재 (42)의 일단부만이 스토퍼(5)와 접촉하고 또한 이 일단부가 스토퍼 (5)의 전기적인 절연성스토퍼 부재로서 동작하도록 본체 (10)에 착설된 절연성 안내부재 (42)로 된 전자밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 절연성안내부재 (42)가 세라믹으로된 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 절연성 안내부재 (42)가 고성능 플라스틱인 전자밸브.
- 제1항에서, 절연성 안내부재(42)가 안내공(41)과 이 안내공(41)의 내면을 제외하고는 내구부재의 표면을 피복하기 위한 절연층(24)을 갖고 있는 도전성 내구부재로 된 것인데 내구부재가 내구부재와 본체(10)사이의 도전성 절연상태를 절연시이트(24)로 유지하게끔 본체 (10)에 착설되는 전자밸브.
- 제 4항에서, 절연시이트(24)이 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌인 전자밸브.
- 제 1항에서, 밸브체(9)가 안내공(41)으로 지지 안내되는 확대직경부를 가진 전자밸브.
- 제 1항에서, 전기자(4)를 고정자(3)와 전기적으로 접속되는 것을 방지하며, 전기자(4)와 고정자(3) 사이에 위치한 절연부재 (42)를 구성하는 전자밸브.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 절연부재 (42)가 고정자(3)의 반대측에 있는 전기자(4)의 표면에 설하여 지는 절연시이트 (24)인 전자밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
