Claims (18)
- 유리섬유 위에 다음 구조에 따른 실란이 결합된 응고에 중성인 친수성 유리섬유상기식에서 R1은 C2내지 C6가 포함된 알킬렌기이며, X는 히드록실기, 알콕시기는 하나 또는 그 이상의 히드록실기 또는 아미노산으로 임의로 치환된 알콕시기 또는 펩티드잔기이고, 그리고 R3′는 저급알킬기 또는 이웃하는 기의 실리콘원자 또는 유리표면과의 산소다리이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1내지 30분자 두께의 실란층인 유리섬유.
- 제2항에 있어서, 4내지 12분자 두께의 실란층인 유리섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실제로 앞서 제시 및 예시한 유리섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 깨끗한 유리섬유가 일반식의 실란과 반응한 유리섬유 생산공정상기식에서 R1은 C2내지 C6를 포함한 알킬렌기이며, R2는 C6까지를 포함한 알콕시기이며 R3는 C6까지 포함한 알킬기, 알콜시기이고, 여기서 옥시란기는 가수분해, 알코올가수분해에 의해 또는 아미노산 또는 펩티드와 반응하여 X기로 전환된다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 반응은 수용액상태에서 산성촉매의 존재하에서 수행되며 히드록실기는 X기로써 얻어진다는 공정.
- 제5항에 있어서, 반응은 무수매질에서 수행된 공정.
- 실제로 상기에 제시하고 예시한 바와 같은 제1항에 따른 유리섬유의 생산공정.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 하나에 따른 공정에 의해 생산된 유리섬유.
- 유리섬유가 제1항내지 제4항중의 어느 항에 따른 것이고, 평균직경 0.2내지 0.5μ 및 0.1내지 0.5g/㎤의 밀도를 지닌 유리섬유층으로 이루어진 직혈학적 시험을 위한 혈액으로부터 혈장분리를 위한 시약.
- 제10항에 있어서, 유리섬유가 평균직경이 0.5내지 2.5μ인 시약.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 칼럼의 윗부분은 혈액응용방법을 위해 제공되며 칼럼의 끝부분은 혈장 제거방번을 위해 제공된 칼럼에서 층을 이룬 섬유시약.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 유리섬유층이 유리섬유종이 또는 유리섬유털로 이루어지며 응고지표 검출을 위한 진단시약부분인 시약.
- 제13항에 있어서, 유리섬유층은 다발층 진단시약의 최초의 층인 시약.
- 제13항에 있어서, 순서대로 하나 또는 그 이상의 시약층과 흡수접촉되거나 또는 접촉될 수 있는 혈장 전달층과 흡수접촉된 유리섬유층 시약.
- 실제 상기에 제시하고 예시한 바와 같은 지혈학적 시험용으로 혈액으로부터 혈장분리를 위한 시약.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 지혈학적 검사를 위한 유리섬유의 사용.
