Claims (9)

  1. 온도 조절수단의 현재온도 설정점 변화에 기인한 공간온도의 초과량 혹은 미달량을 적절히 제어할 수 있는 클럭 온도 조절수단(30)에 있어서, 상기 온도 조절수단은 실시간 클럭수단(33)과 메모리수단(32)을 포함한 마이크로 컴퓨터수단(31)과, 요구된 일련의 난방 및 냉방 제어 온도 설정점들(35,36)과 상기 온도 제어수단에 의해 요구된 온도 제어에 대한 시간을 입력시키기 위해 상기 마이크로컴퓨터 수단에 접속된 데이터 입력 수단(34)과, 상기 온도 제어 수단에서의 온도를 감시하기 위해 접속수단(41,42)을 가진 온도 센서 수단(40)을 포함하고, 상기 접속수단(41)은 상기 센서의 온도를 상기 마이크로컴퓨터 수단에 전송시키기 위해 상기 마이크로컴퓨터 수단에 접속되고, 상기 온도 조절수단은 난방 및 냉방 장치를 제어할 수 있도록 개작된 출력 스위치 수단(57)을 포함하고, 상기 마이크로컴퓨터 수단(31)과 상기 메모리 수단(32)은 상기 온도 조절수단의 현재 온도 설정점의 경사비(26)를 조절할 수 있도록 동작 가능한 초과-미달 보정 프로그램 수단을 포함하고, 상기 초과-미달 부정 프로그램 수단과 상기 메모리 수단은 현재의 온도 설정점에 기인한 상기 공간 온도의 초과-미달량을 감소시키는 경사비를 제공하고, 상기 초과-미달 보정 프로그램 수단과 상기 메모리 수단은 공간 온도의 초과-미달량을 허용범위로 제한하기 위해 상기 온도 조절수단의 경사비를 점진적으로 조절할 수 있도록 온도 설정점을 변화시킨후 새로운 경사비를 만들어내는 것을 특징으로 하는 클럭 온도 조절 수단.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초과-미달 보정 프로그램 수단과 상기 메모리 수단이 그 다음 온도 설정점 변화시에 상기 온도 조절 수단에 의해 사용될 새로운 경사비를 결정할 수 있도록, 상기 실시간 클럭수단(33)은 상기 현재 온도 설정점이 예정된 시간에 도달한후 시간 간격(19)을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클럭 온도 조절 수단.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시간 간격(19)은 2시간 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 클럭 온도 조절 수단.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공간 온도(64)의 초과량은 대략 0.5°F를 초과하는 경우 언제든지 다음 경사비 변화에 의해 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클럭 온도 조절 수단.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 시간 간격(19)은 2시간 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 클럭 온도 조절 수단.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 새로운 경사비는 구경사비+예정된 정수X계수(2.0)와 같고, 상기 예정된 정수는0.5-(최대온도-설정온도)인것을 특징으로 하는 클럭 온도 조절 수단.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사는 비 선형인(70 혹은 71)인 것을 특징으로 하는 클럭 온도 조절 수단.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사는 지수적(71)인 것을 특징으로 하는 클럭 온도 조절 수단.
