Claims (2)

  1. 흉선을 균질화하고, 세포 찌꺼기를 제거하고, 얻어진 액체를 소독하고, 1,800이상의 겉보기 분자량을 가지는 모든 물질을 투석, 겔 여과 또는 그들의 연합으로 제거하고, 생성물을 계속적으로 분별하여 PHA ConA 및 MLC 시험에 양성지시를 나타내며 210㎚에서 UV흡수를 가지며 펩티드-소화효소에 감수성인 분액들을 회수하는 것으로 구성되는, Leu-Glu-Asp-Gly-Pro-Lys-Pho-Leu; His-Pro-Leu-Pro-Asp-Leu-Tyr 및 Phe-Val-Leu로부터 선택되는 아미노산 배열을 가지는 적어도 하나의 펩티드로 구성되는 흉선 액성 활성을 갖는 물질의 제조방법.
  2. 요망되는 펩티드의 카르복시 말단잔기를 형성하기 위해 N-보호된 아미노산을 중합체와 함께 결합시키고, 질소보호기를 제거하는 것에 의해 배열 내 다음 아미노산을 도입하고, 생성물을 N-보호된 아미노산과 반응시키고 요망되는 배열이 완전해질 때까지 N-보호기를 제거하고 N-보호된 아미노산과 반응시키는 단계를 되풀이하고, 그 다음에 펩티드 배열을 중합체로 부터 해(解)결합시키고 최종 N-보호된 기를 제거하는 것으로 구성되는, Leu-Glu-Asp-Fly-Pro-Lys-Pho-Leu; His-Pro-Leu-Pro-Asp-Leu-Tyr 및 Phe-ValL-Leu로부터 선택되는 아미노산 배열을 가지는 적어도 하나의 펩티드로 구성되는 흉선 액성 활성을 갖는 물질의 제조방법.
