Claims (10)

  1. 소결된 마그네시아가 90중량% 이상의 MgO 및 0.02중량% 이하의 B2O3로 구성되고, 1000℃에서 107Ωㆍcm 이상 및 600℃에서 109Ωㆍcm 이상의 절연저항을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 분산성이 개선된 전기 절연물용 마그네시아 분말.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유동률이 56초 이하인 마그네시아 분말.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 소결된 마그네시아가 최대직경이 0.8mm 이하이며 주로 단결정인 구형입자를 함유한 마그네시아 분말.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 단결정 입자의 양이 마그네시아 분말을 구성하는 전체 입자의 숫자에 대해 60숫자% 이상 존재하는 마그네시아 분말.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 강열감량이 0.2중량% 이하인 마그네시아 분말.
  6. 마그네시아 클링커 분말을 산 수용액으로 세척하여 세척 및 소결된 마그네시아 분말을 수득한 후, 세척 및 소결된 마그네시아 분말을 열처리하여 소결된 마그네시아 분말의 산 라디칼 함량을 0.015중량% 이하로 감소시키거나 세척 및 소결된 마그네시아 분말을 물로 세척하여 소결된 마그네시아 분말의 상 라디칼 함량을 0.015중량% 이하로 감소시키고 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 분산성이 개선된 전기 절연물용 마그네시아 분말의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 유동률이 56초 이하인 마그네시아 분말의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 소결된 마그네시아가 최대직경이 0.8mm 이하이며 주로 단결정인 구형입자를 함유한 마그네시아 분말의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 단결정 입자의 양이 마그네시아분말을 구성하는 전체 입자의 숫자에 대해 60숫자% 이상 존재하는 마그네시아 분말의 제조방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 강열감량이 0.2중량% 이하인 마그네시아 분말의 제조방법.
