Claims (10)
- 소결된 마그네시아가 90중량% 이상의 MgO 및 0.02중량% 이하의 B2O3로 구성되고, 1000℃에서 107Ωㆍcm 이상 및 600℃에서 109Ωㆍcm 이상의 절연저항을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 분산성이 개선된 전기 절연물용 마그네시아 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유동률이 56초 이하인 마그네시아 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소결된 마그네시아가 최대직경이 0.8mm 이하이며 주로 단결정인 구형입자를 함유한 마그네시아 분말.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단결정 입자의 양이 마그네시아 분말을 구성하는 전체 입자의 숫자에 대해 60숫자% 이상 존재하는 마그네시아 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강열감량이 0.2중량% 이하인 마그네시아 분말.
- 마그네시아 클링커 분말을 산 수용액으로 세척하여 세척 및 소결된 마그네시아 분말을 수득한 후, 세척 및 소결된 마그네시아 분말을 열처리하여 소결된 마그네시아 분말의 산 라디칼 함량을 0.015중량% 이하로 감소시키거나 세척 및 소결된 마그네시아 분말을 물로 세척하여 소결된 마그네시아 분말의 상 라디칼 함량을 0.015중량% 이하로 감소시키고 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 분산성이 개선된 전기 절연물용 마그네시아 분말의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유동률이 56초 이하인 마그네시아 분말의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 소결된 마그네시아가 최대직경이 0.8mm 이하이며 주로 단결정인 구형입자를 함유한 마그네시아 분말의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단결정 입자의 양이 마그네시아분말을 구성하는 전체 입자의 숫자에 대해 60숫자% 이상 존재하는 마그네시아 분말의 제조방법.
