Claims (14)
- 주축대(11)와, 상기의 주축대(11)의 축선은(19)와 수직인 면에서 무한 경로를 따라 변위가능한 다수의 공구홀더(17)를 구비한 공구메거진(29)과, 공구홀더(17)를 공구매거진(29)에서 주축대(11)의 양축에 있는 취출 및 또는 장착위치와 주축대(11)의 주축단(15)에 있는 주축위치사이로 이송하기 위한 두 개의 파지아암(20,20a)으로 구성시켜서된 공작기계에 있어서, 상기의 투한경로를 U자형을 따라 연장시키고, 취출 또는 장착위치(74)를 상기의 U자형의 레그(30,30a)의 각각의 단부(30',30a')에 형성시키고, 주축단(15)을 상기의 단부(30',30'a)의 전방 하축에 배치시킴과 동시에 축선(19)의 방향에서 상기의 공구매거진(29)과 단단히 연결시켜서된 공작기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주축대(11)의 축선(19)과 취출 또는 장착위치(74)를 이등변삼각형의 양단부에 대칭적으로 배치시키고, 파지아암(20,20a)의 이송경로를 삼각형의 동일 빗변을 따라 연장시키고, 공구홀더(17)의 각 위치를 이송시에는 변하지 않도록 유지시켜서된 공작기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주축대(11)를 다수의 좌표축을 따라 이동시키고, 주축대의 축선(19)과 수직연방향에서 주축대(11)에 단단히 연결시킨 축선(19)과 평행하게 이동가능한 파지아암(20,20a)에는 평행사변형의 링크(26,27;26,27a)를 장착시켜서된 공작기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공구홀더(17)용 홀더 (42)와 U자형의 단부(30',30a')에 장착시켜 동기화로 구동되는 두 개의 구동휘일(47,47a)을 장착시킨 콘베이어 체인을 상기의 무한 경로를 따라 안내시켜서된 공작기계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 구동휘임(47,47a)을 V자형으로 배치된 무한 벨트(46), 바람직하게는 치차벨트 또는 체인을 통해 구동시키되, 구동휘임(47,47a)을 V자형의 레그(44,44a)의 자유단부에 배치시키고, 구동기(45)와 로울러(48)를 상기의 레그의 고차점에 배치된 상기의 로울러로부터 소정의 거리에 장착시켜서된 공작기계.
- 제5항에 있어서, 로울러(48)를 구동기(45)를 향해 변위될 수 있는 벨트(46) 또는 체인용 인장풀리의 형태로 형성시켜서된 공작기계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 구동휘일(47,47a)과, 구동기(45)와, 풀리(48), 및 벨트(46)를 V자형 구동박스(31)에 배치시켜서된 공작기계.
- 제7항에 있어서, 구동박스(31)의 자유단부(41,41a)가 메거진의 자유레그(30,30a)에 의해 메거진(29)을 지지하고, 상기의 구동박스의 V위치를 주축대(11)에 고정시키되, 상기의 구동박스(31)의 메거진(29)을 자체지지 알루미늄구조체로 형성시켜서된 공작기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공구홀더(17)을 U자형의 무한경로로부터 이격된 개방측을 갖는 포오크형 홀더(42)의 메거진(29)의 U자형 무한경로상에 유지시키고, 상기의 메거진에 고정시킨 안내구(벽:43)를 상기의 개방축면의 전방에서 무한경로를 따라 연장시키되, 상기의 안내구에는 각각의 취출 및 장착위치(74)에서 개구(32,32a)를 형성시켜서된 공작기계.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기의 개구(32)를 하축단부에 피벗되게 장착시킨 낫형 유지부제(62)의 상측단부를 형성하는 원호부(61)에 의해 놓이도록 한 공작기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 메거진에 고정시킨 활주장치를 취출 및 장착위치(74)에서 무한경로에 대해 수직으로 연장시키되, 상기의 활주장치가 공구홀더(17)를 메거진(29)의 한측방향으로 개방된 포오크형 홀더(42)로부터 파지아암의 메거진 위치에서 파지아암(20a)의 유사한 포오크형 홀도(18a)의 안·팎으로 이동시켜서된 공작기계.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기의 활주장치(71~73)가 변위방향에서 차례차례로 배치된 두 개의 부위(86,87)를 갖으며, 모든 변위방향에서 공구홀더(17)를 단단히 유지하는 헤드(73)를 포함하는 공작기계.
- 제12항에 있어서, 파지아암(20a)으로부터 이격된 헤드부(87)를 변위방향과 평행하게 연장한 축(88)에 피붓시켜서된 공작기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 메거진(29)이 취출 및 장착위치(74)에 제공된 개구(32,32a)를 제외하고는 사방이 밀폐된 벽(47,47')에 의해 에워싸여진 공작기계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
