Claims (7)

  1. 적어도 하나의 길다란 저항 가열요소, 적어도 하나의 가열요소를 따라 연장되어 적어도 하나의 가열요소와 직렬로 연결된 저항기. 적어도 하나의 가열요소와 상기 저항기를 전원을 가로질러 직렬로 연결시키는 수단 등을 포함하며, 상기 저항기는 그의 온도가 전기히터를 작동하려고 의도한 미리 예정된 온도와 같은 온도를 상당히 초과하지 않을 때 저항기의 전기 저항은 가열요소의 것보다 상당히 작을 정도로, 그리고 저항기 온도가 상기 미리 예정된 온도를 초과할 때 저항기의 전기저항이 상당히 증가할 정도의 양(+)의 온도계수를 지니는 것으로 구성된 전기히터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 저항기는 압출된 PTC 폴리머 형태로 된 전기히터.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 가열요소는 저항선의 형태로 된 전기히터.
  4. 제1-3항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 전기 도선이 가열요소와 저항기에 평행하게 연장되어 전기히터에 병합되어 있으며, 하나의 전기도선이 가열 요소의 한 단부에 연결되어 있고 다른 전기도선은 저항기의 한 단부에 연결된 전기히터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 가열요소와 저항기는 나란히 위치한 편평한 스트립 형태로 되어 있으며, 전기 도선은 가열요소 위에 하나가 그리고 저항기 위에 하나가 위치한 편평한 스트립 형태로 되어 있는 전기히터.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 가열요소, 저항기 및 전기 도선들은 편평한 스트립 형태로 되어 있으며, 상기 도선과 저항기는 가열요소 위에 나란히 위치한 전기히터.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 도선은 절연 스트립에서 지지된 편평한 스트립 형태로 되어 있으며, 가열요소와 저항기는 스트립의 반대쪽에서 지지되는 전기히터.
