Claims (4)

  1. 강복합물을 실질적으로 완전하게 오우스테나이트화 시키기 위해 충분한 시간동안 온도 T1에서 강복합물을 가열하고; 온도 T2로 오우스테나이트 재결정화 구역에서 상기한 복합물을 열간압연하고 온도 T3로 비-재결정화 γ-구역에서 더욱더 압연시키는 단계들을 포함하고 있으며, 또 초미세 섬유상페라이트-래드 마르텐사이트 또는 페라이트-베이나이트 미크로조직의 특징을 갖고 있는 고강도, 고연성의 강을 생산하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 효과적인 변태점 Ar3이하의 온도 T4로 상기한 복합물을(α+γ) 구역내에서 압연하고 오우스테나이트를 래드 마르텐사이트 또는 베이나이트로 전환시키기 위해서 주위 온도까지 상기 복합물을 빠르게 급냉시키는 단계들을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기의 방법.
  2. 형상을 이룬 제품으로 급냉에 뒤이어 강복합물의 냉각 변형단계를 더욱더 포함시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 방법.
  3. 제품이 선, 봉 또는 시이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항에 따른 방법.
  4. 초미세 섬유상 페라이트-래드 마르텐사이트 또는 페라이트-베이나이트 미크로조직의 특징을 갖고 있으며 또 약 0.05-0.3중량%의 탄소, 약 0.2-3중량%의 규소 또는 약 0.2-2중량%의 망간 함량을 갖는 철로서 본질적으로 구성되는 상기 1항의 공정에 따라서 생산된 고강도, 고열성의 강 복합물.
