Claims (9)
- 물 및 알콜성음료의 재순환류인 공급혼합물을 낮은 총압력에 대한 총압력에 의존하며 높은 총압력에 대한 총압력에 본질적으로 무관한 알콜에 대한 삼투율을 나타내는 반투막에 알콜과 물로 구성되는 삼투물과 감소된 알콜함량의 상기 음료로 구성되는 잔유물을 형성하기 위해 선택된 역삼투분리조건으로 통과시키고, 상기 반투막과 접촉하여 상기 공급혼합물을 형성하기전에 첨가된 새로운 음료와 물을 혼합하도록 상기 잔유물의 대부분을 재순환 시키는 것으로 구성되는 알콜성 음료의 알콜함량 감소를 위한 연속 재순환방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 약 50 내지 250psi(345 내지 1724kPa)의 총압력으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 총압력에서의 알콜에 대한 반투막배제율 이 약 40 내지 75%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리 조건이 약 5 내지 20℃의 온도와 약 200 내지 1000psi(1380 내지 6895kPa)의 적용압력을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제품으로 회수되어진 잔유물의 백분율이 약 1 내지 20% 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반투막이 비다공성 박막 중합 베리어로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 비다공성 박막 중합 베리어가 중합지지체위에 복합되어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 비다공성 박막 중합 베리어가 톨루엔디이소시아너이트로 가교시킨 아민 변성 폴리에피할로히드린, 또는 이소프탈로일 클로라이드로 가교시킨 아민변성 폴리에피할로히드린, 또는 이소프탈로일 클로라이드로 가교시킨 폴리 에틸렌이민으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반투막이 400psi 총압력으로 97%이상의 클로라이드 이온 배제율을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
