Claims (9)

  1. 다음으로 구성된 석유계 중질유의 처리방법:중금속을 함유한 석유계 중질잔유를 약 450℃∼약 550℃로 예열하고; 상기 예열된 잔유를 상부 및 하부를 갖는 단열성 열분해조에 도입하되, 예열된 잔유를 열분해조의 상부에 도입하여 열분해조를 통하여 하부를 향하여 플러그-흐름 상태로 흐르도록 하고; 열분해조 내에서 1기압 이상의 압력하에 상기한 잔유를 약 390℃∼약 450℃의 상승된 온도로 유지함으로써 하향으로 흐르는 잔유를 열분해 시키고; 동시에 열분해조의 하부로 스팀을 도입하되, 이 스팀이 하향으로 흐르는 잔유에 역류하여 상향으로 흐르게 하고; 상기한 열분해조의 상부로부터 분해가스 및 경질 유증기 및 스팀을, 그리고 하부로부터 열분해된 유체잔유를 유출시키고; 상기한 열분해된 유체잔유를 추출용매와 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하여 이 혼합물을 추출조에 도입시키고; 상기한 추출조 내에서 상승된 온도 및 압력하에 상기한 혼합물을 유지시켜서 동 혼합물을 중금속을 함유한 중질 유체상과 수지성분유, 경질유성분 및 용매를 함유한 경질유체상으로 분리시키고; 중금속 및 아스팔텐분을 함유한 상기 분리된 중질유체상과 수지성문유, 경질유성분 및 유매를 함유한 상기한 경질상을 각각 회수한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다음을 더 포함하여서 된 방법 : 수을성분유, 경질유성분 및 용매를 함유한 경질 유체상을 제2추출조에 도입시키고; 상기한 제2추출조 내에서 상승된 온도 및 압력하에 상기한 경질 유체상을 유지시켜서 경질 유체상을 수지성분유를 함유한 제2중질 유체상과 경질유성분 및 용매를 함유한 제2경질 유체상으로 분리시키고; 상기 분리된 제2중질 유체상과 제2경질 액체상를 각각 회수한다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 다음을 더 포함하여서 된 방법 : 경질유성분 및 용매를 함유한 제2경질 유체상을 제3추출조에 도입시키고; 상기한 제3추출조내에 상승된 온도 및 압력하에 상기한 제2경질 유체상을 유지시켜서제2경질 유체상을 유체경질 유성분상과 용매상으로 분리시키고 ; 상기분리된 유체경질 유성분상과상기한 용매상을 각각 회수한다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단열성 분해조내에 석유계 중질유의 체류시간이 약 1∼약 10시간인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 단열성 열분해조 내에서 열분해를 일으키는 석유계 중질유중 대기압 비등점이 약500℃ 초과인 성분의 약 30∼65중량%가 대기압 비등점이 약 500℃ 미만인 성분으로 분해되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 단열성 열분해조의 하부에 도입되는 스팀의 양이 상기한 단열성 열분해조의 상부에 도입되는 예열된 잔유의 약 5∼약 20중량%인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 열분해된 유체잔유가 추출용매와 약 1:8∼약 1:12의 용량비율로 혼합되는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 용매의 임계온도 부글의 상승된 온도로 유지되는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 혼합물이 유지되는 온도에서의 용매의 증기압 부근 이상인 상승된 압력으로 유지되는 방법.
