Claims (12)
- 폐쇄루우프형 차량감속 제어장치에 있어서, 압력명령 피이드 퍼워드신호가 챠량브레이크의 제동을 제어하는 다수의 압력제어채널에 인가되고 상기 피이드 퍼워드신호를 수정하기 위한 수단이 측정된 감속 에러의 적분에 기초를 두고 있음을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄루우프형 차량감속 제어장치
- 폐쇄루우프형 차량감속 제어장치에 있어서, 감속요구를 나타내는 피이드퍼워드 운전자명령신호를 의하여 제어되는 다수의 압력제어 채널과, 운전자에 의하여 명령된 감속레벨과 실제차량의 감속사이의 차이를 나타내는 감속에러신호를 발생하도록 되어 있는 폐쇄루우프형 궤환회로로 구성되고, 운전자 명령신호는 감속에러의 적분함수에 따라 좌우되는 보정신호에 의하여 조절되도록 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄루우프형 차량감속 제어장치.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 명령신호의 조절수단이 일측입력이 운전자명령신호(D)이고 타측 입력이감속적분기(38)로 부터 유도된 보정신호(PMF)인 승산기(36)로 구성되는 바의장치.
- 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 보정신호(PMF)가 적분기(38)에 의하여 연속제공되나 폐쇄형 감속루우프는 적분기압력으로 부터 적분에러(FE)의 불연속에 의하여 어느 선택된 시간에 작동이 불가능하게 되는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 측정된 감속이 사전에 결정된 레벨이하일 때, 또는 차량속도가 사전에 결정된 임계치 이하일 때, 그리고 브레이크 압력레벨이 사전에 결정된 최대허용 레벨에 이르렀을 때에 적분작용 폐쇄루우프가 자동적으로 개방되는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 각 제어채널의 각 압력명령이 운전자 제동명령, 적분된 감속에러와, 사전에 설정되거나 하나 이상의 차축에 걸리는 부하를 감지하므로서 유도된 할당계수를 곱하여 얻어지는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 3항, 4항, 5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 적분된 감속에러가 운전자 명령신호(D)로 승산기(36)에서 승산되기전에 할당장치(37)에서 자체 수정되는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 7항에 있어서, 할당장치(37)가 측정된 차축부하에 따른 계수에 따라서 적분된 감속에러를 수정하도록 구성된 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 2항-8항의 어느한 항에 있어서, 적분보정이 명령변경에 응답하는 감속에 따라 좌우되는 하나 이상의 적분속도에서 이루어지며 차량감속이 응답토록 시작될 때에 낮은 비율로 초기의 가적분작용이 신속히 이루어지는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 2항-8항의 어느한 항에 있어서, 적분보정이 하나 이상의 적분가능속도에서 이루어지고, 적분작용이 정상적으로는 빠른 비율로 일어나나 명령변경과 응답키 시작하는 차량감속사이의 시간중에 이루어지는 적분보정이 상기 응답의 탐지시에 사전에 결정된 비율로 신속히 감속되는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 7항에 있어서, 할당장치가 실제 차축부하측정에 따라 적분된 감속에러를 수정하도록 구성되고 이에 의하여 각 채널보정이 주요승산기에 인가되도록 하므로서 어떠한 적분보정이 상기 채널의 부하지수로 수정되고 감속에러가 차량부하이외의 다른 에러소오스로부터 얻어지므로서 각 정지의 종료시에 적분보정지수가 누산되어 일련의 정지과정에서 브레이크 조건 모니터링 계수를 발생토록 되어있는 바의 장치.
- 청구범위 10항에 있어서, 상기 누산된 모니터링 계수가 사전에 설정된 경보레벨에 이르렀을 때에 대규모 브레이크 부우스트로 계수를 발생토록하므로서 폐쇄루우프시스템이 브레이크열화를 마스킹하는 것으로 부터 보호하도록 하는 운전자 경보발생수단을 포함하는 바의 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
