Claims (4)

  1. 경사상 신호를 발생하는 경사상 신호 발생수단과, 상기 경사상 신호의 레벨을 위상 비교할 소정신호에 동기한 샘플 펄스에 의하여 샘플호울드하여, 이 호울드 출력을 위상 에러신호로 하는 위상 비교기로서, 전기 경사상 신호 발생수단은 소정주파수의 기준신호를 발생하는 기준발진기와, 상기 기준신호를 분주하는 분주수단과, 상기 샘플 펄스의 위상이 상기 경사상 신호의 수정구간에서 벗어난 것을 검출하는 검출 수단과 이 검출출력에 응답하여 소정시간의 펄스폭을 갖는 시이트 펄스를 발생하는 수단과, 상기 시프트 펄스의 발생기간만 상기 분주수단으로서의 상기 기준신호의 공급을 정지하는 게이트수단을 갖추고, 상기 분주수단의 출력펄스에 의거하여 상기 경사상 신호를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상비교기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사상 신호 발생수단은 상기 분주수단의 출력펄스 또는 상기 시프트 펄스에 의거하여 상기 경사상 신호를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위상 비교기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정시간은 상기 소정신호의 주파수가 기준주파수에 대하여 높은 경우와 낮은 경우에 따라 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 위상 비교기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단은 상기 위상에러 신호의 진폭이 소정범위를 넘은 때에 검출출력을 발생하는 윈드 콤퍼레이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 위상 비교기.
