Claims (3)

  1. 고온 고압인 수냉각 열핵 반응로의 대표적인 매체에서 일반부식에 대한 내식성을 개선할 목적으로 중량으로 1-5%의 Sn,Fe, Cr 및 Ni같은 합금요소를 함유하고 나머지를 필수적으로 Zr을 함유하는 지르코니움 합금의 클래딩 튜브를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
    압출 후 및/혹은 냉각 압인들 사이에서-상 범위내의 온도간격 625-750℃에서, 지르코니움 조직과 석출된 2차 상입자들 사이가 필수적으로 완전한 평형이 되도록 온도와 시간을 조화시켜 재료를 소둔하고, 상기에서 온도/시간의 조화는 소둔 파라메터에 의해 정의되며, 여기서 t는 단위가 시간인 소둔시간이고, T는 절대온도이고, R는 cal/몰˚K로 나타낸 일반가스 상수이고, 평형 상태에서의 상기 값은 임계 값 Ac=2.3·10-14를 넘지 않으며, 여기서 전술한 값은 온도간격 625-790℃내의 하기예의 최소 소둔시간을 의미함을 특징으로 하는 지르코니움 합금클래딩 튜브 제조방법.

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최종 냉간압연(들) 전에 간격 540-650℃내의 온도에서 더소둔하여, 2차 상의 최대 체적부분과 지르코니움 조직내의 고용체내에 최소 Fe함량을 얻게 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 전술한 청구범위중 어느 하나에 있어서, 지르코니움 합금의 조성이 중량퍼센트로 1-2Sn, 0.05-0.25Fe, 0.03-0.20Cr, 최대 0.1Ni 및 나머지가 기본적으로 Zr임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
