Claims (1)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 산화제와 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅰ') 화합물로 전환시키거나 :일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 일반식 Me2S2(여기에서, Me는 이하에서 정의하는 바와 같다)의 화합물과 반응시키거나 :일반식(Ⅳ) 화합물을 수성 매질중에서 요오드와 반응시키고 :경우에 따라, 상기 반응에서 수득된 일반식(Ⅰ')의 화합물에서, 헤테로사이클 Het'의 치환체를 Het'의 다른 치환체로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ')의 디설파이드를 제조하는 방법.Het'-S-S-Het' (Ⅰ')Het'-SH (Ⅱ)Het'-X (Ⅲ)Het'-S-S02Me (Ⅳ)상기식에서,Het'는 1개의 황원자와 1개 또는 2개의 질소원자를 함유하거나 1개 내지 3개의 질소원자를 함유하며, 또한 벤조-융함될 수도 있는 임의로 치환된 5-원 헤테로 사이클을 나타내거나, 1개 내지 3개의 질소원자를 함유하며 또한 완전히 또는 부분적으로 수소화될 수도 있는 임의로 치환된 6-원 헤테로 사이클을 나타내고,X는 용이하게 제거될 수 있는 반응성 그룹을 나타내며, Me는 알카리 금속을 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
