Claims (1)
- a) 일반식(Ⅱ)의 치환된 디메틸―안트라퀴논을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민과 반응시키고,필요시 생리적으로 무독한 산을가하여 생성물을 염으로 전환시키거나b) R3가 수소인 일반식(Ⅳ)의 안트라퀴논―디카복실산 아미드를 환원시키고 중간물질 안트라하이드로퀴논 유도체를 일반식(Ⅰ)의 안트라퀴논 유도체로 산화시키고, 필요시 생리적으로 무독한 산을 가하여 생성물을 염으로 전환시키거나c) 일반식(Ⅴ)의 안트라퀴논을 안트라하이드로퀴논으로 환원시킨 후, 이어서 분리하지 않고서 포름알데히드 및 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민과 반응시키고 중간물질 비스―아미노메틸―안트라하이드로퀴논 유도체를 산화시키고 일반식(Ⅰ)의 안트라퀴논 유도체로, 필요시 생리적으로 무독한 산을 가하여 염으로 전환시켜서 일반식(Ⅰ)의 비스―아미노메틸―안트라퀴논 유도체 및 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서R1및 R2는 같거나 서로 다르며, 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬(예를들면 메틸, 에틸프로필, 이소프로필, 부틸 및 이소부틸)이거나R1및 R2는 탄소수 4,5 또는 6의 알킬렌쇄이고 질소원자와 함께 질소, 산소 및 황으로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 헤테로원자를 더 함유할 수 있는 5,6 또는 7원의 헤테로사이클환을 형성하며,R3는 수소 또는 하이드록실그룹이고,Y는 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드와 같은 할로겐원자, 아실옥시그룹 또는 아릴설포닐옥시그룹, 특히 페닐설포닐옥시그룹이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
