제1도는 본 발명의 합성물을 제공하기 위하여 접착체층을 루우버화 플라스틱 필름에 부착시키는 부착용 장치를 도시한 것이며, 제2도는 본 발명의 또 다른 합성물의 단면도이며, 제3도는 제2도에 도시된바의 합성물의 실제 사용을 보여주는 단면도이다.
Claims (16)
- (a) 자외선 방사선에 노출되지마자 접착상태로 중합화 될 수 있는 용매-유리 모노머 조성물로 루우버화 플라스틱 필름(10,21)을 피복하고, (b) 상기 조성물을 중합화하기 위해 상기 피복(17,22,23)을 자외선에 노출시키는 단계로 구성되는 루우버화 플라스틱 필름(10,21)을 지지하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기(a) 단계동안 공기로부터 모노머 피복(17,22,23)을 보호하기 위해 모노머 피복물(17,22,23)을 투명플라스틱 필름(12,24,25)에 의해 덮은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 투명 플라스틱 필름(12,24,25)은 중합화 조성물과 영구히 결합될 수 있는 것을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 투명 플라스틱 필름(12,24,25)은 접착제 피복(17,22,23)을 노출하기 위해 후에 벗겨질 수 있는 이탈 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 투명 플라스틱 필름(12,24,25)을 벗기고, 루우버화 플라스틱 필름(10,21)을 투명지지 재료(30)에 결합시키기 위하여 노출 접착제 피복(17,22,23)을 사용하는 부가적 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 투명 지지 재료(12,24,25)는 폴리카르보네이트 시이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노머 조성물은 감압 접착 상태로 중합화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 결과의 감압 접착 피복(17,22,23)의 두께는 0.01-1.5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 루우버화 플라스틱(10,21)의 노출표면상에 디자인 또는 메세지를 직적 스크린-프린트한 후 프린트된 표면을 광학적으로 깨끗한 층으로 상부피복하는 부가적 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기(a)단계에서 루우버화 플라스틱 필름(10,21)의 양표면을 자외선 중합화 조성물로 피복(17,22,23)하며, 상기 (b)단계에서 양 피복(17,22,23)을 자회선 방사선에 노출하는 단계들이 부가적으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 루우버화 플라스틱 필름(10,21) 및 접착제 피복물(17,22,23)로 구성되는 합성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 접착제 피복물(17,22,23)은 감압 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 접착제 피복물(17,22,23)은 투명 플라스틱 필름(12,24,25)에 의해 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 투명 플라스틱 필름(12,24,25)은 접착제 피복물(17,22,23)으로부터 탈리되어 제거될 수 있는 이탈 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 투명 플라스틱 필름(12,24,25)은 접착제 피복물(17,22,23)에 의해 루우버화 플라스틱 필름(10,21)에 영구히 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물.
