Claims (10)
- 루버필름를 구비한 보안필름에 있어서,상기 루버필름은 ⅰ)폴리염화비닐(PVC), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부틸레이트(CAB) 또는 이들의 공중합체인 재질로 된 투명필름층 및 합성수지와 유색색소를 포함하는 불투명 접착성 잉크층을 교호 적층 및 열압착하고, ⅱ)상기 루버필름의 두께가 상기 투명필름층 두께의 2 내지 30배 범위가 되도록 상기 압착된 적층필름을 표면과 수직 또는 소정의 각도를 유지하며 절단하는 단계를 포함하는 제조과정을 거치며,상기 보안필름의 최외측의 적어도 일측면에 하드코팅층을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 보안필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 루버필름의 투명필름층 및 불투명 접착성 잉크층은 각각 두께가 0.01 내지 0.2mm 및 0.001 내지 0.05mm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 보안필름.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 합성수지는 에틸렌비닐아세테이트(EVA), 폴리비닐알콜(PVA), 폴리염화비닐(PVC), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부틸레이트(CAB), 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리프로필렌옥사이드, 하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트, 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트, 프로필렌옥사이드 모노아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 보안필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 루버필름의 적어도 일측면에는 금속성분 또는 전도성 고분자 등을 포함한 합성수지 또는 금속박막으로 된 정전기 방지층을 추가로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 보안필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보안필름의 표면광택도가 85유닛 미만이 되도록 상기 하드코팅층의 적어도 일측면에 무광택 코팅층을 추가로 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 보안필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 루버필름 제조시 투명필름층 및 불투명 접착성 잉크층을 적층한 후 카본페이스트 60 내지 80중량%, 마이크로 미만의 크기를 갖는 미세금속입자 0.01 내지 0.1중량% 및 나머지 용매를 포함하는 조성물로 전자파차단코팅층을 추가로 적층하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보안필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 전자파차단코팅층은 상기 조성물을 0.01 내지 0.015mm 범위의 두께로 1 내지 6회 반복적으로 도포하여 성막된 것임을 특징으로 하는 보안필름.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 미세금속입자는 나노 크기의 은, 금, 구리로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상임을 특징으로 하는 보안필름.
